Nibulonivets-2 floating crane
NIBULON’s 67th vessel was launched on December 21, 2017. To date, heeling has already been carried out. Preparations are being made to receive fuel, oils and working media. Mooring trials of systems and gears have already been started. After that, a crane with a grab will be placed on the vessel. The specialists complete finishing works and complete producing soft furniture elements. Upon completion of all the trials, the vessel will be put into operation.
The first non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel
The half-hulls of the vessel are joined. Welding of erection joint is being finished. The shipbuilders are testing spaces for tightness and painting them. The forebody of the outer plating of the hull is being prepared for cleaning and painting. The manufacturing of hatch covers has been started. Upon completion of the tests for tightness and painting in the spaces, the vessel will be prepared for launching in order to perform the outfitting works and to test the vessel’s gears and equipment.
The second non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel
The specialists are producing sections of the middle body and forebody in the assembly and fabrication workshop. The afterbody is being formed on the building berth.
The first and the second T3500 project tugs
The shipbuilders continue metal cutting and bending in the metal processing workshop. The specialists are producing foundations, assemblies and sections in the assembly and fabrication workshop; they finish formation of the bottom section of the second tug. After that it will be installed on the building berth. The shipbuilders are mounting foundations of the main engines on the bottom block of the first tug.
