Nibulonivets-2 (manufacturing order No. 10025)
The major part of mooring trials of equipment and systems has been completed; the specialists are installing seats; cleaning and toxicity elimination of fresh water systems and wash water systems is being performed in the living accommodation. The decks and outer parts of the vessel are being prepared for final painting. Upon completion of the above-mentioned works and testing of the vessel with a crane, it will be delivered to a customer.
The first non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10026)
The preparatory works to launch the vessel are being finished: test of a forepeak and a chain locker. Outer plating of the vessel is already painted; the shipbuilders are marking the waterline, name of the vessel, and winding up a mooring line. The hatch covers are being produced. The vessel will be launched on February 23 to perform outfitting works and to carry out trials.
The second non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10027)
The specialists finish producing sections of the forebody in the assembly and fabrication workshop and on the berth. The shipbuilders are preparing spaces of the afterbody for approval and tests.
The first and the second T3500 project tugs (manufacturing orders No. 10010 and No. 10011)
The shipbuilders are cutting and bending metal in the metal processing workshop; they are producing assemblies and hull sections. Meanwhile, hulls of two tugs are being formed on the building berth. The shipbuilders are also producing electric and fitter’s items and welded outfitting of tanks in the mechanical and fitter workshop. The specialists of the assembly and pipeline workshop started to produce pipes for tanks.
The emergency and auxiliary diesel-generators from Swedish company Volvo Penta have already been delivered to the storehouse of equipment.
In addition to the above-mentioned orders, in 2018, NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard plans to construct four POSS-115 project tugs (two of them will be put into operation in August and in September), plus a P-140 floating crane. In total, six vessels will be launched this year.
