At present, the specialists are preparing to join the half hulls of the vessel. They are mounting the welded outfit parts. The workers are also installing independent tanks intended for different purposes, which had already been tested by the specialists at the assembly and pipeline workshop. The mechanical and fitter area supplies all the parts. Its specialists continue producing parts required to construct the vessel.

The specialists are producing the two half hulls for the vessel.
The first non-self-propelled B1500 project open type vessel (order 10035)
The specialists moved the last sections of the vessel forepart to the building berth. Once the specialists mount them, the strength hull will be fully ready.
The shipbuilders have started to conduct a leakproof test of the completed compartments; the specialists from the paint and insulation workshop have started to paint them.
The second non-self-propelled B1500 open type vessel (order 10036)
The workers are completing the production of sections in the assembly and section workshop. They will soon move them to the building berth to form the strength hull.
The shipbuilders have already started preparatory works to construct the third non-self-propelled B1500 project vessel (order 10037) at NIBULON’s shipyard. Thus, the shipbuilders are cutting and bending metal to form the hull in the metal processing workshop.
We would remind you that on September 20, the company put its 140-m NIBULON MAX self-propelled floating vessel into operation during the international TRANS EXPO ODESA MYKOLAIV 2019 Forum, which was constructed at NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard, as well as demonstrated an exciting water show with the participation of units of NIBULON’s entire fleet series.
