The launching of the first B5000 project vessel inaugurated a new stage in the history of NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard. At the moment of the property complex acquisition in August 2012 and creation of NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard it constructed vessels of 70 m.
NIBULON’s shipbuilders continue constructing five orders, conducting repairs of the cargo fleet, as well as performing maintenance of NIBULON Express passenger hydrofoils.

The specialists are finishing final painting of outer parts of the vessel. It will be delivered to a customer soon.
The first non-self-propelled В5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10026)
The vessel is moored to the shipyard’s berth to perform outfitting works and to carry out mooring trials of systems and gears. Meanwhile, the shipbuilders continue producing hatch covers. In particular, the first hatch cover is being prepared for painting.
The second non-self-propelled В5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10027)
The shipbuilders complete formation of afterbody half-hull. Upon its movement to the prestart position, the shipbuilders will start formation of the forebody half-hull. At the same time, they are providing spaces of the afterbody of the vessel for approval and testing the approved ones for tightness.
The first and the second Т3500 project tugs (manufacturing orders No. 10010, 10011)
The shipbuilders continue metal cutting and bending in the metal processing workshop. They are producing assemblies and hull sections in the assembly and fabrication workshop. Hulls of two tugs are being formed on the building berth. The specialists of mechanical and fitter workshop continue producing electric and fitter’s items and welded outfitting. The manholes of tanks are being installed on the formed parts of hulls.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned shipbuilding orders (B5000 project and T3500 project vessels) are being constructed as part of cooperation with the European Investment Bank. In the coming years, the company plans to enlarge its fleet up to 100 units, making it the largest and the most modern and effective one in Ukraine.
