Thus, the specialists started to assemble them in order to form half-hull of the first vessel.
In addition, the company’s shipbuilders laid other bottom subsections in order to continue to form the after half-hull. Assembly and welding works are being performed on subsections of the units No.4-6.
At the same time the specialists continue to assemble and weld units intended for the fore end of the first non-self-propelled vessel (unit No.12).
In its turn, Pallada state plant (Kherson) continues to cut plates of metal-roll and produce parts. At present the plant has already delivered 700 tons (out of 1,100 tons planned for three vessels) to NIBULON.
NIBULON itself constructs non-self-propelled vessels at its modern shipbuilding and repair yard according to the following stages: metal cut- subassembly and fabrication, hull formation – primary painting – deck equipment assembly – electrical equipment assembly – final painting – putting into operation.

Like its forerunner (NBL-90), the non-self-propelled vessel (NBL-91 project) is “an elevator on water” with the displacement of 3,750 tons. New vessel is improved and has light-weight hatch cover and smaller draught (2.7 m against 3.56 m). These very vessels accompanied by the 121 project tugs will transport grain crops along shallow rivers, in particular along the Southern Bug, at the beginning of the 2015/16 marketing year (since July 01, 2015).
