The first POSS-115 project tug (order 10028)The shipbuilders are performing outfitting works on the vessel that was launched two weeks ago. In particular, they are mounting insulation in the spaces, producing and installing pipelines. They have already started installing rudder propellers, as well as mounting the gear to lift the pilot house. It is planned that the vessel will join the fleet of NIBULON’s shipping company in a month. The second POSS-115 project tug (order 10029)The company’s shipbuilders are preparing the vessel for launching. The strength hull of the tug has already been formed. Outer plating of the vessel is being painted. The specialists have started testing the bottom and side fitting. Mitsubishi main engines (Japan) and Volvo-Penta diesel generators (Sweden) have been installed in the engine room. The third and the fourth POSS-115 project tugs (orders 10030 and 10031)NIBULON’s shipbuilders are forming the strength hull of the third tug. They finish producing sections of the strength hull of the fourth vessel. The self-propelled P-140 project vessel (order 10032)Due to the scale of the order, the new workshops continue processing metal, producing parts and bottom sections. At the same time, the specialists are assembling two units of bottom sections of the starboard of the self-propelled vessel with a storage capacity of 13,400 m3. We would remind you that this project envisages installation of two CBG360 cranes. The supply contract was signed with the German firm Liebherr-MCCTEC Rostock GmbH. The cranes should be delivered to NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard in May 2019. From next week, the shipyard will start receiving components (24 trucks) of a high-capacity portal slewing crane LPS 180 with a capacity up to 42 tons. It will ensure the installation of side sections of the 140-m vessel, as well as significantly increase the shipyard’s capabilities of hull production.
