International standards of grain quality analysis are company’s business card. “NIBULON” is one of a few companies that exports agricultural products to the countries with the most rigid requirements to the grain quality, in particular Sudan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Jordan and others. Such a respect and trust are the result of a long and laborious work in conjunction with adopting of the world experience. Visits of importing countries of our agricultural products by “NIBULON’s” experts have already become a tradition, according to it studying and sharing of experience are carried on in bilateral mode. From the 15th till the 29th of May 2010, a group of “NIBULON’s” experts took part in a training program with corn and sorghum, which was held in Egypt in the “Regional Centre for Food and Feed”, under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture of Egypt. Among those lucky ones are: Liamtseva L.M. (Deputy Director of quality – Head of production and technological laboratory), Yurchenko T.D. (Deputy head of transshipment terminal laboratory), Karaseva N.V. (Head of quality control and laboratory products testing department), Sheyko E.G. (senior shift engineer laboratorian of laboratory of transshipment terminal); engineer-laboratorians of the transshipment terminal: Prudka GA, Dovder T.V., Andreeva I.A., Maistrenko N.B., Tymush N.S., Pavlenko L.N., director of “Romodan” branch Martynenko R.I. and head of the branch laboratory Babych T.V., head of “Hradyz’k” branch laboratory Kyryazova O.G., acting head of the “Reshetylivska” branch laboratory of Klimenko T.O.; Furda D.O. (specialist of implementation of a treaty department). The training program included lectures, practical analysis of grain, visiting of the local port (for examination of vessel shipment) – studying of American standards of grain quality analysis. Excursions and entertainment programs were organized for guests from “NIBULON” alongside with the training program. Special attention should be paid to laboratories of the Center. There are 24 laboratories, 15 of them have been accredited by the international system ISO. Main lectures took place in the laboratory of grain analysis, which is a complete copy of American laboratories and thus provides a thorough training of American standards of grain quality analysis. All laboratories are equipped with modern facilities made in France, USA, Germany, Britain and others. Specialists of the Center demonstrated a high level of grain quality control, high professional qualifications and responsibility during the program. But “NIBULON’s” team did not fall behind, showing a similar ability and desire to learn and find out something new. … Training program came to an end very fast. It is always hard to say goodbye to new friends. But the joy and gratitude were in the eyes of our experts when they left Egypt. After all they gained valuable knowledge that will be useful and will become a significant contribution to their professional growth.
