The visit is rich in various events and meetings. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and NIBULON’s specialists study and discuss in detail the issues of the program for the revival of the Nile River as the transport artery of this country. In particular, we are talking about studying the conditions of navigation on the Nile River, work of elevators, local logistics, etc.
The considerable work of our company towards developing the Dnipro River as the main transport waterway of Ukraine has caused great respect of communities in many countries, in particular in Egypt. We not only study the local infrastructure, but also share our own experience in implementing similar infrastructure projects.
As part of this visit, our company’s representatives cooperate with various ministries and departments of Egypt. Wael Abas, Assistant Minister of Supply and Internal Trade of the Arab Republic of Egypt, constantly accompanies them. So, our visit did not go unnoticed.
NIBULON is one of the largest suppliers of Ukrainian grain to this country. In almost 10 years of our successful cooperation with Egypt, NIBULON has exported almost 12 million tons of grain.
We will publish a detailed report at the end of this visit. Meanwhile, you can see photos of a water trip from Cairo to Damietta Port.
