The first Т3500 project tug (order No. 10010)
The vessel has successfully undergone sea trials. Upon revision and finishing works, the tug will be put into operation.
The second Т3500 project tug (order No. 10011)
The specialists finish performing centring and installing a propulsion unit. They continue producing and installing pipes of ship’s systems and laying cable. Lathwork and ceiling are being installed in the engine room. The shipbuilders are performing panel plating in the living accommodation.
The first POSS-115 project tug (order No. 10028)
The vessel is being prepared for launching. The shipbuilders are testing spaces for tightness; they are installing bottom and side fitting, painting the sea chest and ice box intended for receiving seawater which is used to cool the vessel’s mechanisms in summer and winter. The main switchboard, main engines and diesel generators have been installed in the engine room.
The second POSS-115 project tug (order No. 10029)
The first units of the strength hull have been installed on the building berth. Other sections are being produced.
The third POSS-115 project tug (order No. 10030)
The specialists of the assembly and welding workshop continue forming sections of the vessel’s strength hull.
The fourth POSS-115 project tug (order No. 10031)
NIBULON’s shipbuilders have started producing sections of the vessel’s hull.
The self-propelled P-140 project floating crane (order No. 10032)
The first two bottom sections of the vessel’s starboard have been installed and jointed. At the same time, the metal processing workshop continues metal cutting and shaping for the vessel’s sections; the sections are being produced in the assembly and fabrication workshop.
We would remind you that the company plans to increase its fleet up to 100 vessels in the next few years; it will reduce traffic load on the roads due to redirection of cargoes to waterways.
