The next stage of the reconstruction provides for the construction of additional launchways that will enable the shipbuilders to construct and perform maintenance of complete vessels of 140 m and more within the permissible technical standards. At the moment of the acquisition of the property complex of Mykolaiv shipbuilding yard Lyman in August 2012 and creation of NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard it constructed vessels of 70 m. Thus, reconstruction of NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard brings it to a completely new level.
To date, the rails No. 9, 10 of the slipway have been constructed. The specialists complete covering the foundation (length – 56 m, width – 25 m, height – 2 m) for monolithic beams of the rails. About 10 thousand tons of stone and crushed stone were brought to do these works. 6 units of reinforced concrete rails have been mounted and 8 more units will have been mounted by January 25.
Disassembling of the old warehouse is being carried out. A modern warehouse for paints and varnishes, insulation equipment will be placed there.    
At the end of last week, a significant event took place at the construction site. The shipbuilders mounted a pilot house for the building controlling the rails.
Upon the reconstructuon, NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard will be the most modern one in Ukraine and without a doubt one of the best shipyards in Europe.
