New record pace of construction by the leader of agrarian market of Ukraine, the largest agricultural producer “NIBULON” of modern elevator complex in Denyhivka village of Kyiv region and significant social benefits from the company for local residents, especially for children, really positively shocked villagers, residents of Tetiyiv and neighboring districts as well as local authorities.   No one of participants of the productive meeting, which was held on Thursday immediately at the construction site after a detailed review of the construction of a powerful elevator, concealed emotions. Herewith works were in a full swing at all sites of the elevator being constructed, with a use of sophisticated techniques and were not interrupted. Over a thousand of people out of 50 contractor organizations from all over Ukraine are involved in the construction. High-tech complex of European level is designed for simultaneous storage of 76.8 thousand tons of grains and oilseeds. The elevator will be able to intake 5 thousand tons of agricultural products per day and at the time to ship the same quality.   “I should note that “NIBULON” is the first company in the district, which is constructing at such a pace. We started on September 5, opened the construction, since the time one month has passed, and a lot has been done. The pace of construction is increased. I`m sure that all the tasks set to the contractors will be carried out, and the elevator will be completed on time”, the head of district state administration of Tetiyiv Ivan Mikolyuk said.   Mikolyuk also noted that after the arrival of powerful investor the employment situation of the population has been significantly improved in the region, because none of the enterprises was rented in the past 5-6 years.   “It is very pleasant, that the new enterprise will work and taxes will be paid, but the most important fact is that agricultural producers will have in our district an exporter, who will buy products without intermediaries. It will give a significant impetus to the development of agricultural enterprises in our region”, the head of district state administration said. According to his calculations, the economic effect of “NIBULON’s” elevator activity only to agricultural producers of the district will compile additional UAH 16-20 mln. per year.   Mikolyuk also pointed out other positive factors, “First of all, it is decency of “NIBULON”. Also it is social obligations to the people, to the community. Also it is openness and transparency of all payments in local and central budgets and the timely payment of wages”.   In turn, the head of Denyhivka village Vitaliy Samozvan transfused sincere surprise and joy of local residents about the pace of construction of the elevator, the prospects for its work and, of course, in connection with the financial support of “NIBULON” provision of school with equipment, infrastructure development and improvement of the village. After all, in fact, a new sports stadium with football field, handball, basketball and volleyball courts will be rebuilt, roads will be repaired, lighting will be conducted.   “I like everything! When you come to the construction site you can see what was yesterday and how it is changed today. Everything changes dramatically, the construction is moving rapidly – skilled workers, advanced technologies”, Samozvan stressed. “3-4 months ago, people doubted, did not believe that one can build a powerful elevator in a period of 2 months, but now after a months of construction, we see that 30-40% is already done and people believe!”, he added.   “Thanks to “NIBULON” we have already installed modern windows and doors, as well as new boilers in kindergartens. We also changed the tiles at the memorial of Glory, we asphalted pavements. This is just the beginning. In the near future we will equip a local clinic, conduct the lighting at first in the half and then in the whole village. Also we will asphalt and repair the roads. When laying a capsule at the beginning of construction of the elevator, we have signed a memorandum on social assistance with “NIBULON”, so in the near future we will overhaul of the stadium, we will transfer the local market, lay out a nice park, renovate the school, equip 2 classrooms with computers – computer classroom, chemistry classroom, multimedia boards and the latest training equipment, renovate bathrooms”, Samozvan said.   Herewith this head of the village added, “A year ago we, about 200 villagers, went to the opening of the elevators in Maryanivka and Gradyz’k village of Poltava region, but now we are proud that people start to come to us from other villages and districts to learn the construction progress. By its completion there will be even more visitors – we will meet and share experience”.   General Director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Vadaturskyy assured all present that his company and contractor organizations to complete all construction works in time – by November 1.   “On November 1 during two weeks start-up operations and at the same time acceptance of agricultural products will be conducted. It is very symbolic that our company will participate in the harvesting in Kyiv region this year”, he said.   The Director General of “NIBULON” added, “There are all the things needed: for all the works we have contractors, contracts are signed. Contractors are imbued with our request, our philosophy of doing business – to build quickly, efficiently and beautifully, that is why they will perform works on time. We provide prepaid financing. It`s our tradition. That is, we assume responsibility for bank loans and for financing of all construction works”.   In addition, the construction today is at 100 percent provided with electrical engineering, technological, transport and grain cleaning machinery of leading manufacturers in the world.   O. Vadaturskyy also expressed confidence that by the date of commissioning of elevator complex a number of social projects for improvement of village and school also will be commissioned.   “A normal dialogue, the dialogue of professionals, the dialogue of people who want to build a facility in established period is being conducted. I do not even doubt that we will put into commission the facility on time”, the Hero of Ukraine said.   He particularly drew attention to the fact that on the eve “NIBULON” and the State Tax Service of Ukraine signed a Memorandum of participation in an experiment to introduce a horizontal monitoring that provides full openness of financial records of the enterprise to the tax authorities on-line. Herewith “NIBULON” is the first agricultural company in Ukraine, with which the State Tax Service of Ukraine has signed such a document.   “Horizontal monitoring has not started literally from the moment of signing the Memorandum. In fact the State Tax Service has been conducting such monitoring already 8-9 months. After all, we have adopted such a philosophy long ago. As you can see, despite the increased control of our company, and not rare facts of interference in our activity of law enforcement bodies, administrative pressure, we have renewed investment activity in Ukraine. Therefore, we place the same strict requirements to our partners, which the State Tax Service of Ukraine places to us “, O. Vadaturskyy emphasized.   General Director of “NIBULON” also appreciated the support of the investment project of the company in the capital region by the Head of ​​the Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk. Thanks to well-defined actions of the governor’s team we were able to quickly get all permits not only for the construction of the elevator in Denyhivka village but on a timely basis to begin the construction. At the final stage obtaining of all necessary documents and permits for the construction of transshipment terminals elevators in Pereyaslav-Khmel’nyts’kyy and Stayky village. The construction will be started already this year. Thus, “NIBULON” invests in the agricultural sector of Kyiv region USD 60 million, which amounts one tenth of the volume of investment in agriculture field of the region.
