“NIBULON”supports the demands of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine and the State inspection on quality of agricultural products and market monitoring on increasing grain stores and companies’ responsibility for the accuracy of determining the quality of grain, forming batches and law enforcement on the grain market. The company’s activity is an example of complex program of system-based business. Today “NIBULON”is a unique vertically integrated company that grows grain, has a network of elevators in various regions of grain storage and transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv, where accumulation and shipment of grain for export is conducted. New modern highly productive grain cleaning machinery, transport, weighing equipment of foreign production, which provides an objective definition of quality of agricultural products and enables to conduct operations on receiving, refining and shipment of grain and its storage qualitatively and in time are installed on elevators and transshipment terminals of “NIBULON”. Elevators are working around the clock, even on weekends and holidays. Grain bank is created at scales of the company, which enables to form a grain batch clearly from producers to the hold and thus guarantee the high quality to the final consumer, improving the image as a state to Ukraine that is able to supply grain of food condition to markets.  “NIBULON”is noted for coordinated work of professional experts of elevators and company branches from the economists and accountants, engineers and agronomists, commercial department employees. To increase the professionalism and work experience of all parts of this powerful mechanism, specialists of the company regularly undergo training together with experts of SGS and grain inspection. This year group of “NIBULON’s”employees took part in the training program for sorghum and maize, which was held in Egypt in the “Regional Centre for Food and Feed”, under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture of Egypt. Given the global trend of increasing attention to the quality of agricultural products, on the 26th of September management of “NIBULON” headed by the General Director, Hero of Ukraine O. Vadaturskyy conducted additional training on the acceptance, handling, storage and shipment of agricultural products, which was attended by over 150 specialists of the company. Topics of the discussion were not only issues of determining the quality of agricultural products, but also of legal education, accounting, work with staff and partners of the company. After returning home, leading experts and directors have to train their employees on the ground.  “NIBULON’s” workersvisited the transshipment terminal, where they inspected new buildings of the laboratory and household bulk during the meeting. Today “NIBULON” has a lot to be proud of: in the course of work during many years there has not been any violations on ensuring the quality of grain storage, there have not been found any facts of wrong determination of grain quality for acceptance from commercial farm units etc. Our company strives to be a standard of high culture of production, receipt, handling, storage and shipment of agricultural products.
