In particular, the shipbuilders have started mooring trials of the first vessel; they are completing preparatory works in order to launch the second non-self-propelled vessel (NBL-91 project).
Concerning the first vessel of the project, NIBULON’s shipbuilders have produced four hatch covers of the non-self-propelled vessel; they will be painted soon. Thus, the specialists are testing a hatch cover drive system. Heeling test has been successfully carried out, thereby measuring the vessel’s stability.
In addition, the shipbuilders are preparing to launch the second vessel of the project − NBL-026 (10008 manufacturing order). The shipbuilders formed the strength hull of the vessel, and the specialists from the paint shop are completing cleaning and painting of the outer shell plating. The shipbuilders will test compartments for tightness soon. The shipbuilders have already installed the hold coaming. At present they are producing hatch covers.
