October 25 and 26, 2011 management of “NIBULON” met with the representatives of Egyptian government regarding strengthening of trade relations. Director General of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and Deputy Director General for Trade Andriy Vadaturskyy met with the Director of “Regional Center for Food and Feed” in Egypt Dr. Muhammad Emara. The management of Egyptian company «Cairo 3A» arrived in Mykolayiv with him. Dr. Muhammad Emara arrived at the official invitation of “NIBULON”. During the two-day visit, he went with guests to the transshipment terminal of the company, observed a new laboratory and administrative building and sampling unit, a new laboratory. In particular, he looked over complete equipment, its correct placement and running, etc. (in accordance with the standards of the U.S., Egypt and the European Union). He highly appreciated the level of technical equipment of the new laboratories and expressed confidence in their readiness for the official opening and commissioning. Instead, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy said that in six months absolutely all laboratories will be put into commission. In his turn, Mr. Muhammad Emara said that as soon as the laboratories will be open, “Regional Center for Food and Feed” sends highly qualified specialists in this sphere, who, if necessary, will offer advice on the operation of laboratories. Thus the positive conclusion of Mr. Muhammad Emara, is essential for “NIBULON”, because it is an evidence of tremendous progress in the establishment of one of the best European cereal laboratories on the base of the terminal. “Last time I visited the transshipment terminal of “NIBULON” was more than a year ago. Now, when I’m back here, I’m impressed by the qualitative changes that occurred in your company, its intensive development. I wish prosperity to your company. Also, I wish your new lab to pass certification under the international standard ISO 17025 as soon as possible. According to the requirements of this standard, implementing the principle of professional testing, the laboratory will participate in the international test verifications. This experience is invaluable, and participation in the tests will help to confirm your professionalism on the international level,” Muhammad Emara said. At the same time bilateral negotiations between management of «NIBULON» and «Cairo 3A»were held.Strategic issues of cooperation between two companies and Ukrainian-Egyptian cooperation in general, in a view of the trade difficulties that arose between the two countries during the quota allocation, and introduction duties on grain export from Ukraine were discussed during the negotiations. The guests got acquainted with the progress of patriotic investment project of “NIBULON”, curiously learned about the company`s plans for the future. The issues of Ukrainian grain export to Egypt, the increase in volume of shipments were discussed. “We seriously, responsibly and respectfully treat all the regulatory requirements of quality of agricultural products.
