NIBULON once again confirmed its high level of professionalism extending cooperation with international and state agents during export of grain products.
 
Another victory of the company was successful certification of compliance with the requirements of ISCC (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification) and RBSA (RED Bioenergy Sustainability Assurance).
 
These certifications are obligatory in order to correspond to the requirements of the Renewable Energy Directive 2009/28/ЕC (RED).
 
Ukraine (one of the world’s largest grain exporters) and NIBULON (one of the leaders of Ukraine’s agrarian market) play one of the key roles in implementation of the Renewable Energy Directive 2009/28/ЕC statements.
 
Besides, NIBULON can extend export markets in Europe on condition that the company follows the Directive requirements and undergoes appropriate certification.
 
In summer 2011 the company obtained the first certificate of conformity with ISCC DE requirements. Further, undergoing annual inspections conducted by SGS Ukraine, NIBULON confirmed its status and compliance with the certification requirements having obtained the next certificate.
 
Preparatory works are carried out during the whole marketing year and consists of internal audit inspections organized by the company itself, trainings and work with departments and services of the company and also with grain suppliers, as grain products go through the certified supply chain, including farms and elevators.
 
The result of this systematic work is the first certificate of conformity with ISCC EUТОВ requirements (acknowledged and approved by the European Commission and the European Union) obtained by the company on July 5, 2013.
 
In September 2012 NIBULON started to cooperate with Abengoa Corporation (Spain) concerning certification of compliance with RBSА requirements. Preparatory works (including receipt of an application form, its consideration) lasted from December 2012 till February 2013. On July 9, 2013, the company, for the first time, obtained RBSA Certificate and a registration number.
 
Successful NIBULON’s certification of compliance with the requirements of international systems allowed NIBULON to shipped for export above 92 thousand tons of grain additionally; thus, this will contribute to constant increase of the company’s export potential in future.
