Consultants Vasyl Kisil and Partners helped to effectively distribute powers between the company's bodies, taking into account the peculiarities of Nibulon's business. With the agreed matrix of powers, the VKP prepared key documents for the implementation of the new one-level management model: the charter (successfully registered in October), regulations on the board of directors and four committees in its composition, contracts with executive and non-executive members of the board of directors.Director on Legal Affairs Anna Lazurenko comments on the project as follows: “In a complex transformation, a clear understanding of the goals of the implemented changes, expertise and an unbiased view of the internal situation in the company are important.
