About 300 young people aged between 15 and 18 from different regions of Ukraine participated in the event aimed to form multi-faceted values, active consciousness of the youth, to develop responsible leadership. They came to hear the histories of success of self-made people, to adopt their experience, to learn how to motivate themselves for development and success, and to decide on life goals.
General Director of NIBULON Oleksiy Vadaturskyy was the first person to deliver a speech. According to the organizers, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, a famous person who has played a key role in the development of the domestic agrarian sector and the destiny of the whole country, will unite and inspire young people with his speech, will show by his own example that even in difficult times it is necessary to turn the challenges into opportunities and to establish large and successful companies in Ukraine.
At the beginning of his speech Oleksiy Vadaturskyy thanked for the invitation and noted that wasn’t the first meeting with the Academy members; the last meeting lasted till night.
General Director of NIBULON started his speech with the call not to be afraid of any trials and obstacles in life as these are new challenges,
“Don’t be afraid of obstacles. Obstacles are clearly set task. If one variant is not suitable to solve it, then look for another one. And you will certainly find a technical or practical solution to attain your goal.
You have to prepare yourself for very big challenges in your life. Some of you want to be cardiac surgeons, neurosurgeons, cosmonauts. But life can change so that you will not be able to become such specialists. I have never thought I would be a shipbuilder or I would construct a fleet. I have never thought I would construct elevators. I am a technological processes automation engineer, and my life is connected with the agrarian sector. When I graduated from the institute, I planned to work in a completely different field. So you have to be ready for any challenges in life, ready to win and to be successful. It is very important to work responsibly and diligently so that you can easily overcome any difficulties in life”.
Oleksiy Vadaturskyy stressed that young people should love, respect and take care of their parents, and not on the contrary to wait or demand constant help of them. They should achieve everything in life on their own as we are architects of our own fortunes.
“I advise you to feel your ability and to get out of financial influence of your parents as soon as possible. It doesn’t mean that you must necessarily unload railcars, carry bags of potato. It is not necessary. It is necessary to apply to companies at least for a part time job, for example for a position of an IT specialist, to work during summer holidays. This will be useful for you. You can earn some money in such a way and be less dependent on your parents.
In addition, you already need to be engaged in social activities among students because it will help you to form leadership position. In this environment you will test your opportunities to be a leader in your future independent life when you become e.g. engineers, chemists, doctors, etc. In a closed space, a person neither develops nor communicates with people; so he/she will never be a leader, but only a lone fighter.
Try to understand human nature, work with successful people and gain experience from them and not from people who know where and how it is more profitable to steal, etc.
I want to say that in general young people are very talented. Your future depends entirely on you. You must remember and understand this because it depends on you what place you will take in the life of our country, in society, in a family. You should rely largely on yourself”, said General Director of NIBULON.
In addition, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy recommended young people not to waste their time and to use every minute of their lives to the full in order to be successful and ready for any challenges.
“I would like you to not be lazy. Do not waste time on entertainment. I want you to work on yourself with much enthusiasm because you will need each drop of knowledge you receive from your teachers. It is necessary to have certain knowledge and skills to live out your idea. You need to know how to implement it in order to succeed”.
Oleksiy Vadaturskyy also wished young people not to rush into politics. At first you need to gain knowledge and experience, prove yourself, fulfill all your potential. Only then there is hope for the youth, the hope that it will be able to improve the political and economic situation in the country, to change the system, which prevents business representatives from working in the country and investing in its development, for the better.
“I wish you to be famous, successful, and above all patriots in order to be successful in Ukraine. Ukraine is a country of great opportunities. You have to understand that what we have achieved is done no thanks to support or privileges provided by the state. The success of our company also depends on the obstacles that were created by officials”, said General Director of NIBULON.
The forum was also attended by the Head of the Department of Regional Youth Policy of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Mariia Karchevych, city mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych, Acting Head of the Youth and Sports Department of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration Viktor Hynkul, Manager of Mykolaiv branch of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy Oleksandr Medvediev, Director of “Gym style” fitness club Maksym Brevda and others.
In particular, during his speech Oleksandr Sienkevych expressed his respect for Oleksiy Vadaturskyy who achieved a lot in his life no thanks to something,
“I want to say that I respect him very much. I learn a lot from him and I consider him to be my teacher. He has a lot of projects he has implemented no thanks to something. Moreover, he is an example of a man in Ukraine who necessarily does the things he planned in spite of all problems”.
We hope that the speech of Oleksiy Vadaturskyy full of vivid life examples inspired young people from all regions of Ukraine to future life achievements.
