On March 1 Mykolayiv Regional Center of Employment and the Black Sea State University named after P.Mohyla noted the best employers of the region.
The Honorable Gratitude “The best employer” was given to NIBULON, PrivatBank, the Justice Department of Mykolayiv region, the Central Administration of State Service of Ukraine in Mykolayiv region, the Central Administration of Labour and Social Security of the Regional State Administration, the State Archive of Mykolayiv region.
During the event there was held project presentation by the participants of the contest “Professional prospects”, where students of the University expressed their views on employment problems showing films and presentation slides.
Traditionally, employment problems of young specialists are considered to be the most topical in Ukraine. Mykolayiv region is not an exception, where 18 persons pretended to one vacancy as of February 1, 2013, according to the Regional Employment Center.
According to the Center, almost 40% of the registered unemployed are the youth. “In Ukraine a young specialist requires a peculiar guide and support in order to determine the first workplace after graduating from the university”, think the Center specialists.
NIBULON became such a guide for students of the Black Sea State University named after P.Mohyla. Cooperation of Mykolayiv company with the University started long ago. At present 73 graduates of the University work for NIBULON. In 2012 NIBULON became a base for 76 students mostly of economic and juridical specialties:
“I come to the departments, communicate with specialists, invite students to undergo training. I want them to see our working conditions and we can choose the best among them”, tells Larysa Buryk, the deputy general director of personnel.
It was possible to communicate and to choose the best representatives of the employers on completion of the official part of the event. The organizers of the Career Day moved from words to deeds – for those who wanted there was given an opportunity to communicate with the guests about possibilities and prospects for employment.
According to Larysa Buryk, in NIBULON we do not tell stories, “From the very beginning we tell that the work is difficult, it is necessary to struggle and to survive in conditions of our domestic economy, to think creatively, to react quickly. We explain that in order to reach the goal, to become a personality you need to work hard.”
During many years NIBULON has been one of the most desirable workplaces for most students: high salary, appropriate working conditions, prospects for career development and professional improvement.
