Recently, we have recorded another case. Ihor Koltunov, a journalist, having photographed the screen of Andriy Vadaturskyy’s mobile phone, without further checking or at least clarifying information and circumstances, immediately posted a message on his Facebook page that the MP allegedly solved the NIBULON’s issues in the Verkhovna Rada and wrote a letter “… to Alla Izmiestieva, NIBULON’s employee, … The letter also contains contacts of the right person – Liudmyla Postoronko, who coincidentally  is the head of the chemical laboratory in Mykolaiv …”
Unlike Ihor Koltunov, we do not allow ourselves to spread speculations, false information. So we are guided only by proven facts.
Firstly, email correspondence between NIBULON’s employee and Andtiy Vadaturskyy took place in August 2016. This is evidenced by the date of receipt of the message with the contacts of Liudmyla Postoronko – August 18, Thursday. By the way, the session was not held that day.
Secondly, the event does not in any way relate to NIBULON. The fact is that in summer 2016 in Ukrainian reservoirs there was a mass death of fish, which was repeatedly reported by the media. Reading the information and understanding the importance of this issue for Mykolaiv citizens, Andriy Vadaturskyy asked Alla Izmiestieva to provide Liudmyla Postoronko’s contact phone number in order to study this problem. Experts of the laboratory carried out appropriate analyzes, as evidenced by the measurement protocol.
By the way, this is not the only case when the company’s laboratory voluntarily performed research to inform Ukrainians about the environmental situation. So it was this March, when colored snow fell in the south of Ukraine, and because of the lack of information people scared each other with unpredictable conclusions about its properties.

Regarding a text like “… it is about to be resolved…about a park in Hola Prystan…”, we can officially state that no questions about the park were solved byNIBULON’s representatives or employees with the help or participation of Andriy Vadaturskyy and other MPs.
Our company cooperated with Nyzhnodniprovskyi National Natural Park in 2016 as part of NIBULON’s investment project to construct a transshipment terminal in Hola Prystan district (Kherson region). It was a normal business collaboration between two businesses located in the neighbourhood.
Thus, Ihor Koltunov’s information is false and untrue. We are calling on the media to check the information they publish and to stop distributing gossips and speculations. Ukrainians deserve reliable information.
