Traditionally, Serhii Besedin, deputy general director of construction, Oleksandr Terzi, director of “Ternivska” branch, NIBULON’s specialists and specialists of contracting organizations became its participants.  They quickly resolved the urgent issues of the construction progress of the fully automated complex with annual capacity of 300 thousand tons. Only 13 days left till the completion of installation and finishing works.
To date, the company’s constant contractors Spetsmontazhinzhynirynh, Intehral, Grain Capital – Engineering have almost mounted 6 huge metal silos. The other 6 ones are actively being mounted. They will be ready soon.
As noted earlier, the contractors have mounted metalware of the headhouse and truck tipper. The specialists have already installed elevator equipment, grain separators and drum sieves (BUHLER GmBh, Switzerland), rotary distributors for 6 and 8 feeds (Plant of Elevator Equipment, Odesa) in the headhouse. All 8 chain conveyors (Cimbria Unigrain A/S, Denmark) have been mounted on the galleries  
The truck tipper (Kalynivskyi Machine Building Plant, Vinnytsia region) equipped with all platforms and rams has been also installed. The supply and further arrangement of aspiration systems (UAB Liucija, Lithuania) is expected next week.  
The weighing complex is also ready. The French company PRECIA S.A. has delivered modern equipment for it. Mounting of a dryer from Mathews Company (the USA) is in its final stage.
Finishing works in the fire station and mechanical workshops are also almost finished. Preparation of working places in the administrative and laboratory building, cafeteria, dispatching office and weighing station is in full swing. The premises are furnished (furniture is produced by NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard), decorated with pictures, indoor plants, etc.
At the same time, the works on the territory improvement are carried out at the transshipment terminal. In particular, the territory and access roads to the facility are concreted. Landscape gardeners are arranging lawns, planting trees and flowers. In parallel, a fountain is being constructed; lighting poles are installed.
Sich Enerho (Zaporizhzhia) has almost finished laying cables to ensure electricity at the terminal. Therefore, testing of installed equipment in all objects of the transshipment terminal will be started soon.
The specialists have mounted Telestack TS 527 loading machine (Great Britain) on the berth.
A water tower (Burvod, Mykolaiv) is installed. It will ensure regulation of uneven water consumption, storage of limited reserve and fire-fighting water reserves.
Meanwhile, dredging works of the left tributary of the Dnipro River (the Ploska Osokorivka River) to ensure the water approach to the transshipment terminal’s cargo berth are performed. The specialists have already dredged 1.6 km of the planned 2 km.
As part of such works, NIBULON always performs compensatory measures, as conscious attitude to nature is a standard of NIBULON’s work. This April, we implemented the previous compensatory measures in the framework of the project for the construction of the new transshipment terminal, having stocked the Dnipro River with more than 1.7 tons of bighead carp (about UAH 100,000). The next stage of stocking will take place after the construction completion.
