Business success consists in a combination of well-organized work of all divisions and a range of factors that ensure effective work of the company and each team member.  Security as a guarantee of the stability of this success also has an important role. In a difficult period in Ukraine, the development, adoption and implementation of a security policy is an integral part of its development strategy. Therefore, a team of real professionals, employees of the company’s security service, protect NIBULON’s corporate security.
The desire for victory is a principle of work of the entire NIBULON’s team. And the security service is not an exception. Athletes and real heroes, people of high physical abilities and moral principles work here. Twenty-one employees from more than 100 employees of the security service have high sporting achievements (CMS, dan, ranks, titles, etc.): Masters of Sports and Candidate Masters of Sports  in boxing, Greco-Roman wrestling and karate; coaches; athletes who have the first, second and third dan/ranks in karate, judo, kung fu, sambo, hand-to-hand combat, shooting,military and sports all-round competitions; winners and participants of the championships in Greco-Roman wrestling, karate, judo, sambo, arm wrestling, triathlon, guards tournaments; members of the Survival and Special Training Tactics Center SEAL presented with golden awards.
The sporting character is not only a desire for leadership and victory, but above all emotional stability and self-control, readiness to work despite any obstacles.
Dmytro Kamorkin, a senior security guard, holds a black belt; he is an international referee, a coach, a Master of Sports in karate, a two-time world champion, a seven-time European champion, a winner of numerous international competitions and championships, president of Mykolaiv Karate Federation. Dmytro, who also instructs security guards, believes that sport helped him to master such qualities as responsibility, composure, punctuality, honesty, fairness, and endurance. It is precisely those qualities that help him in his work.
Sports character helps the security service’s specialists to work successfully. Before joining the company, many of them had got not only invaluable experience and knowledge, but also the will to win. They are very proud of it and they are not going to stop at what has been achieved.
Head of the company’s security service Ihor Romandin also has a dan rank in karate. He participated in all-Ukrainian and regional competitions. According to him, the specialists of the service regularly go to the gym, read specialized literature and legal and regulatory framework, and participate in professional seminars and training sessions.
All this helps our specialists to be not only professionals at work, but also real heroes in everyday life. Thus, the news quickly went round Mykolaiv that the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Mykolaiv region, police colonel Oleksandr Anokhin has awarded Yurii Blokhin, a security guard of the security service, a departmental watch for courage and high civic consciousness. Yurii Blokhin, a trainer and a multiple champion in Greco-Roman wrestling, a Candidate Master of Sports in Greco-Roman wrestling and freestyle wrestling, apprehended a thief and helped the woman to return her property.
“It is very good that in Mykolaiv there are people who are not indifferent to other people’s misfortune, real men who can stand up to criminals. I am impressed by the act of Yurii Blokhin”, stressed the police colonel.
NIBULON respects the development of the sporting spirit and team building of the entire team. NIBULON’s employees participate in various social projects, including those aimed at harmonious development of personality, body and spirit. Sports competitions are an example of how employees’ leisure becomes part of the company’s life, especially when it comes to sport.
NIBULON also educates outside the team, providing charitable assistance for the development of settlements. In 2017, NIBULON presented a football pitch with a natural green covering and irrigation system, and a computer classroom to Bilenke comprehensive secondary school (Zaporizhzhia region), where the company constructed its transshipment terminal. Every year NIBULON provides schools throughout Ukraine with sports goods.
