The primary source of this information mud was a website which allegedly was created to fight corruption, but in fact it defends work of real corruptionists. Taking into consideration its content, the website is more like an area for paid articles. A set of other websites didn’t bother checking the information, having posted this false material on their websites. 
The so called “journalistic investigation” of the authors is highly exaggerated; it is nonsense. The fact is that the topic of alleged evasion from payment of taxes by our company has already appeared in the information space. In 2009, management of Mykolaiv Sea Commercial Port had been blocking the Preventer vessel for several months on purpose; in 2011, there were attempts of illegal takeover of our company. To facilitate such attempts, there had been deliberate information war  against our company.
Yesterday’s article doesn’t particularly differ from the previous ones. Apparently, the authors had only a few hours for “journalistic investigation”. So they didn’t burden themselves inventing new information and used old nonsense. 
Our public struggle to establish civilized relations in domestic river transportation which is based on experience of the USA, EU members, Belarus, and other leading countries, criticism on inefficient work of SE Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority, position on uselessness of adoption of the “river” draft laws in current version, which, incidentally, is on today’s agenda of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, became this year’s pretext for such information. We published a piece of information on the last topic on our official website yesterday.
Unlike our company which declares its position openly (and it is ready to stand by its words) without hiding under pseudonyms and without “trash” online resources, people who have ordered this material prefer using other names, people, pocket associations, etc. They are trying to distract our attention from their illegal dealings, investigation of which isn’t completed and is being performed by relevant investigating authorities. We know their names but we don’t mention them. However, if the information attacks continue, we will make the information public. 
For information. In 2015-2016 NIBULON paid UAH 525 million of taxes and charges. Our company works within the law on tax control over transfer pricing and submits relevant reports and basic documents to fiscal service on regular basis.
We are the only company in Ukraine which has been publishing prices for agricultural commodity on our own official website since 2004. Thus, having prices of other participants of grain market, it isn’t difficult to compare them and make conclusions. If people who have ordered this dirty material work using shadow schemes, it doesn’t mean that all the others do so.
Thus, any information on the alleged non-payment, evasion from payment of taxes or their minimization is groundless and false.
