At present the majority of shipbuilders are involved in the construction of the first tug which readiness has already reached 19 %. We would remind you that both tugs of POSS-115 project will be constructed till the beginning of a new marketing year, July 01, 2014.
According to Yuriy Karmalov, deputy director of preproduction, at present hull formation of the first tug is in the active phase; subassembly and fabrication are being continued on the second vessel.
NIBULON-5:
1. Upper deck and sides have been joined to a bottom section of the unit No. 30.
2. Upper deck and sides of the unit No. 40 have been assembled; they are in a hull shop and ready to be joined to a bottom section.
3. Sections of the fore unit No. 50 are being formed; a subsection of this unit with portable freshwater tanks made of stainless steel has already been formed.
4. Unit No. 10 is being formed; a section of the bottom skeg has been assembled.
5. At Kyiv plant “Leninska Kuznya” metal cutting will be completed soon.
6. There is performed manufacturing of pipes to equip units (the readiness of unit No. 20 is 90%, unit No. 30 – 60 %, unit No. 40 – 60 %).
NIBULON-6:
Subassembly and fabrication are being continued; there have already been mounted assemblies of the unit No. 20; sections of the upper deck and bottom of the unit No. 20 have been laid.  
Metal is being processed at the plant “Leninska Kuznya”, and work readiness comprises 65 %.
We would remind you that the given tugs of POSS-115 project are not the only shipbuilding order of NIBULON. After constructing them, NIBULON will start to construct a series of river tugs of POSS-120 project, non-self-propelled vessels of NBL-91 project, self-propelled vessels of “Volgo Don Max” type.
