The elevator of “Reshetylivs’ka” branch also occupies a special place in NIBULON’s history; the elevator acted as a pioneer in the construction of a network of elevator complexes in Poltava region and other regions where NIBULON develops its elevator infrastructure. In autumn 2006, the company put into operation the first stage of the facility and in 2007 – the second one. “The improved complex of “Reshetylivs’ka” branch to receive and to ship grain” sounds modestly, but, in reality, it is a high-capacity elevator complex equipped with modern import equipment with a capacity of almost 39 thousand tons. The elevator has the capacity to dry 3 thousand tons of grain, to clean 2 thousand tons of grain and to ship 3.5 thousand tons of grain by rail transport per day. The elevator receives the main grain flows in Poltava region; agricultural producers trust NIBULON due to its professional and honest employees, objective measurement of grain quality carried out by the modern laboratory.
At the all-Ukrainian level the elevator has acknowledged as the European facility; the elevator wins the contest for the best buildings and structures built and put into operation in 2006 held by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.
There is another vivid page in the imposing “biography” of the branch. “Reshetylivs’ka” branch is a record holder. The branch received 251 thousand tons of grain and oil crops in the 2008/09 marketing year. The elevator performed seven full production cycles during that period.
For the first time “Reshetylivs’ka” branch has received one million tons of grain due to the persistence of its employees, their professionalism and experience at the level of NIBULON’s standards. During these years the elevator has shipped 928 thousand tons, dried 507 thousand tons, received 42,854 grain trucks, signed 324 agreements for supplies and cooperated with 383 suppliers. The average annual index of grain receipt is 111.1 thousand tons.
The elevator of “Reshetylivs’ka” branch has received 689.9 thousand tons of corn, 171.2 thousand tons of wheat, 101 thousand tons of barley, 20.9 thousand tons of rapeseed, 14.1 thousand tons of soybean.
“We do not have any peculiar atmosphere and exclusive operating conditions”, the branch director Valeriy Reutsoy explains the reasons for success. “We have the same working conditions as other branches. But the main motive force promoting our branch is inner reserves, professional approach and our highly-skilled employees.
Concerning employees, Valeriy Reutsoy mentions first of all those people who have been working at the elevator the longest, and who are a backbone of the team. They are Iryna Voityuk, a chief accountant, Oleksandr Gyrka, a chief engineer, Olena Krasko, a head of the laboratory, Oksana Kapustyanska, deputy head of the laboratory, Sergiy Zhuravel, a chief mechanic, Mykola Tkachenko, a dryer operator, Sergiy Shkurupiy, an operator, Tetyana Berezina, an accountant…
What next? What are the plans to receive two million tons of grain? “Everything depends on us, our experience, skills, responsibility”, says Valeriy Reutsoy. “The branch location prevents us from developing territorially. Thus, we use our professionalism”.
