The second non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel (manufacturing order No. 10027)
At present, the specialists continue performing outfitting at the shipyard. In particular, they are installing hatch covers, coamings, and painting buoyancy compartments of the vessel.
The first Т3500 project tug (manufacturing order No. 10010)
The first multipurposeТ3500 project tug was solemnly launched on May 23, 2018. NIBULON’s shipbuilders are installing fendering, bitts, winches, underdeck fixing device of chains and a crane. They have started installing insulation in the lower cabins of living accommodations and have begun laying cable. In the engine room, the specialists are centering and installing a propulsion unit. They are also producing and assembling pipes of the systems and hydraulics of rudder propellers. Production of ship furniture has been started.
The second Т3500 project tug (manufacturing order No. 10011)
The shipbuilders keep forming the strength hull of the vessel on the building berth. In the assembly and fabrication workshop, outfitting is being installed on the pilot house. The section of fore bulwark is installed on the vessel, and its welding is carried out. In addition, the upper parts of the rudder propellers have been installed. After they are installed in the vessel’s hull, the specialists will attach the lower parts to them. The specialists of the assembly and pipeline workshop are installing pipes in the vessel’s tanks and bottom and side fitting.
The first and the second POSS-115 project tugs (manufacturing orders No. 10028 and No. 10029)
The shipbuilders continue producing sections of the tugs in the assembly and fabrication and workshop and near the workshop.  Meanwhile, the metal processing workshop keeps metal cutting and bending to produce hulls of the vessels.
The self-propelled P-140 project floating crane (manufacturing order No. 10032)
The shipbuilders keep cutting and shaping metal to produce sections of NIBULON’s first 140-m vessel.
We would remind you that on May 23, 2018, the opening of the 24th International Exhibition “Shipbuilding-2018” and the 16th Specialized Exhibition “Water Transport”, the largest exhibitions of achievements and new developments in shipbuilding and water transport held for last decade, took place at NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard. More than 40 foreign and domestic companies participated in it. In the first day, more than 3,000 visitors attended the exhibition, including our guests, namely ambassadors of the EU countries, heads of the leading international financial institutions and government representatives, heads of foreign companies, potential investors, and scientists. In addition, almost 1,000 students and lecturers of universities and vocational educational institutions of Ukraine had excursions at NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard.
