This time, educators from different districts of Mykolaiv region (Snihurivka, Novyi Buh, Bashtanka, Bratske, Pervomaisk, Vradiivka, Veselynove, Berezanka, Vitove, and Yuznoukrainsk districts) have visited the company’s facilities. Most of the guests have visited NIBULON for the first time. But there were also those who have visited the company’s facilities for the second and even for the third time in order to see the results of the modernization processes, in particular at the shipyard. And the changes are significant.
“Today I have seen a completely different level, as compared to previous years, as it is not my first visit to your facilities. You are currently constructing a large number of complex vessels. It is real development. The changes are obvious. And most importantly for me, this level gives us hope, confidence in the future for us and our children. The dredger and the fact that you deepen Ukrainian rivers on your own and at your own expense impressed me.  I would like you to receive decent support of the state on this issue, since it is obvious that the results of NIBULON’s work are useful for everyone, for the entire county”, said Fedir Feldsher.
The educators were also impressed by the transshipment terminal. They visited the transport registration point, familiarized themselves with the modern production and technological laboratory, saw huge domes (grain storages), as well as the new complex for shipment of grain and oilseeds, and other.
“I was very impressed by the laboratory complex.  And I was especially impressed by the researches that are conducted at a very high scientific level and meet both Ukrainian and international requirements and standards. You perform a wide range of tests: from purely mechanical to genetic ones. This is a high level that requires highly qualified specialists you have. It is these opportunities that allow you to develop agriculture that requires modern technologies and approaches; and we have seen them today. The impressions as always are the best.  We had an excursion for pupils of Bashtanka comprehensive secondary school No. 2 earlier. And the children still remember what they have seen. After graduation, many of them entered agrarian institution in order to work for your company in the future”, said Olha Maksymova.
According to the guests, an informative excursion gave them pleasant and bright impressions, added belief in the happy future of our country. Our large-scale investment projects, in particular the development of our own cargo fleet, the construction of new transshipment terminals, the revival of the Dnipro and the Southern Buh Rivers as navigable arteries of the country also impressed the teachers.
At the end of the meeting, the teachers thanked the management for hospitality and a delicious lunch. Summing up, Olha Sliusar, a methodologist of the department of philosophy of education, theory and methodology of social sciences of Mykolaiv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, said,
“Most of Ukrainians associate Mykolaiv with shipbuilding, and we have seen today that Oleksiy Vadaturskyy revived it. Revival of shipbuilding is a priceless contribution to the development of our city and the country’s economy. This enabled many Mykolaiv citizens to find jobs in their fields as Mykolaiv has relevant institutions that graduate specialists. Now they have where to work. The development of cargo river fleet and passenger transport is very good. And there is a goal to increase the volumes of river transportation and thereby to reduce cargo transportation by road transport. And it is about a huge contribution to the environment. And the fact that in the geography book we have a page devoted to NIBULON testifies to the importance of the company’s activities for Ukraine. Therefore, we wish NIBULON further development so it could contribute to prosperity of our city and Ukraine”.
