The shipbuilders have formed the strength hull; they also complete assembling the superstructure of the vessel. The specialists are installing electric and fitter’s items, mechanical and fitter’s items, as well as manufacturing and mounting pipelines. The painting of ballast tanks is being finished.
The first non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel
NIBULON’s shipbuilders continue formation of afterbody half-hull on the berth. The units No. 1-4 have been formed. The specialists have started testing the strength hull for tightness. The units No. 5-7 are being formed. The shipyard’s specialists are producing items of units No. 8-13 of the forebody half-hull.

It should be noted that on November 14, 2017, NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard put into operation the assembly and fabrication workshop. Due to its capacities, the new workshop will produce about 4,000 tons of metalware per year.
We would remind you that this year NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard has completed construction of a series of the non-self-propelled B2000 project vessels intended for operation on the Southern Buh River, the 121M project tugs named after famous Mykolaiv shipbuilders (Yurii Makarov, Anatolii Hankevych, Nodari Chanturiia), and MYKOLAIVETS dredger. In total, NIBULON has launched 7 vessels in 2017, and the shipyard has a hundred percent workload for the next two years.
