In particular, there are about 100 thousand tons of grain that haven’t been harvested in Luhansk region. There are 7 thousand tons of grain and oilseeds left in NIBULON’s fields. The elevators are filled with grain. Thus, agrarians are compelled to store the grain harvested at thrashing floors and at open storage areas; it cannot be shipped because of lack of railcars or delays in railcars supply by “Ukrzaliznytsia”. However, even if railcars are supplied and loaded, they stay for 4-5 days. The situation is disastrous. This is a stroke on the agricultural sector, sabotage against Ukraine.
