Thus, in August 2015, NIBULON, an agricultural producer, exporter and shipbuilding company, met with Daewoo International Corporation, a trade company. The meeting was held in Kyiv region at the transshipment terminal of “Pereyaslavs’ka” branch.  
A South Korean delegation consisted of Senior Executive Vice President Seo Myung Deuk, Vice President Kim Hyun Jun, Grain Team Leader Choi Ha Young, Head of Kyiv Office Heo Sunghyung, Deputy General Manager of Commodity Trading Bernatskyy Oleg, and Deputy Director of Kiev Office Kim Jun Pyo.
Artem Novokhatko, the branch director, familiarized the guests with technological processes – from the receipt of grain and measurement of quality indices to the placement thereof in grain capacities and shipment to non-self-propelled vessels.
The guests had an introductory excursion in the territory of the terminal. They observed Telestack ship loading machine, the process of truck loading and unloading as well as agricultural commodity movement at the terminal and also modern elevator equipment produced by foreign leading producers (in particular, Mathews Company grain dryers (the USA) and Scafco grain facilities).
Olena Gulko who heads NIBULON’s production and technological laboratory demonstrated modern laboratory equipment and analysis of grain and oilseeds.
The excursion peculiarity was the demonstration of NIBULON’s own cargo fleet, in particular tugs and non-self-propelled vessels. It was really interesting for the guests to learn NIBULON’s shipbuilding program.
Upon completion of the meeting, the guests mentioned they wanted the very Daewoo International Corporation would play a key role in expanding cooperation between two countries in the agricultural sector. According to them, NIBULON and Daewoo International Corporation have every chance to become strategic partners to expand agricultural commodity exports.
We would remind you that on March 19, 2015, the Deputy Commercial Attaché from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Ukraine Choi Jin Hyoung visited NIBULON’s transshipment terminal and shipbuilding and repair yard.
On December 12, 2014, representatives of Daewoo International – Kevin Jihun Park, an assistant manager of agro-resources team, and Seong Ho Jang, a manager, visited NIBULON’s transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv.
On June 20, 2013, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea in Ukraine Kim Eun Joong and the Head of Daewoo International Corp. Representative Office in Ukraine Choi Ha Young officially visited NIBULON.
