Romaniv is a town, a district center of Romaniv district, Zhytomyr region. It is one of the largest towns and settlements of the region. The town was named in honor of Roman Galytskyy, a father of Danylo Galytskyy.
In September 2010 NIBULON constructed “Romanivs’ka” branch that is engaged in growing grain, technical crops and producing animal products.
“Our branch was created on the basis of the former agricultural limited liability company, where many of us used to work. Thus, the newly created NIBULON’s team was not new for us. In 2010 I, for example, have already had a 22-year experience in cooperation with the colleagues who joined new team. Here I am in the right place, my job brings me pleasure. In particular, my duties consist in controlling quality of work, preserving material values. My separate task is to organize teamwork, as it influences on well-being of both the branch and the company. Consequently, I try to be aware of successes and needs of each employee”, tells V. Bondarchuk, deputy director of the branch.
According to V.Orlyuk, a chief economist, our young branch has a lot of victories. “2012 became a symbolic year for us; our branch reached one of the highest crop yield indices by NIBULON: corn – 112.6 dt/ha and winter wheat – 48.9 dt/ha. It was caused, in particular, by one of the key principles of work of our team, namely rational use of labour and material resources to achieve maximal profitability”, he adds.
“In future “Romanivs’ka” branch will increase crop yield of grain and cultivated crops! We plan to expand areas of agricultural land soon. Increase in crop yield of fodder crops will influence on price reduction for fodder resources stimulating the livestock sector development in whole! All technological processes are carried out efficiently and controlled by the branch specialists. The company’s stability, social protectability, positive microclimate stimulate our work”, says O. Guts, a chief agronomist.
“The greatest value uniting our team is the team itself, its highly skilled backbone. The employees are characterized by diligence and intellect. We can not only work well, but also relax actively; we participate in the community work day, celebrate occupational holidays and others”, tells T. Nechytaylo, a chief accountant.
“Our team was selected very carefully. We have no random people”, tells Yu. Kulybaba, the branch director.
One of such young specialists is V. Pyshko, a chief engineer. According to him, the branch team is a reliable mechanism where everybody is not indifferent to problems of others, everybody (from a director to a driver) is responsible and purposeful.
T.Nechytaylo, a chief accountant, tells, “Our team is stable, and it is a guarantee of success. A lot of young specialists work with the experienced ones. I appreciate my colleagues for their humanity and responsible attitude to execution of tasks”.
P.Korzhovskyy, a head of the workshop, is sure that the team is obliged to Yu. Kulybaba, their director, “Due to his help we were able to create our own team. He is a man of his word. He is tactful, reasonable, and polite. Yuriy Kulybaba always supports and gives advice. Thanks to his humanity and professionalism he is respected and trusted both as a director and a personality”, he adds.
