On the 26th of August there was started a construction of the new elevator complex in “Teteriv” branch of “NIBULON” (Velyki Korovyntsi village Chudniv district of Zhytomyr region). The new elevator complex will be located over an area of ​​6.5 ha. Branch staff will compile 60 employees. Grain storage capacity will be 76 thousand tons, capacity of dryers – 4 thousand tons per day. Shipment capacity on railway transport will be 5 thousand tons per day. The elevator will be the most modern technological facility in the region. Putting it into operation, proximity to the farmers will help them to reduce the cost of the logistical component and increase the profitability of domestic production. Construction is actively continued, according to the approved terms. Here is a progress schedule. LLC “Ober beton” (Zhytomyr), LLC “Zhytomyr-Agrobudindustriya” (Zhytomyr), JSC “Darnytsya precast plant” (Kyiv), PJSC “MZZV” (Mykolayiv), DLC “Khmel’nyts’kyy zalizobeton” supplied piles fully; LLC “Fundamentspetsbud” (Zhytomyr) has completed setting of pails of working tower and truck scales; JSC “Chornomorgidrostroy” (Odesa) and LLC “Perspectyva-Mykolayiv” (Mykolayiv) will complete arrangement of piled fields by the 3rd of October; LLC “Gidrotehnologiya” and “Zhylstroy-NIKO” (Mykolayiv) will complete construction of three foundations of granaries (by the 30th of September and 20th of September respectively); LLC “Gidrotehnologiya” have already completed the construction of concrete covering with an area of ​​2800 square meters (by the 20th of September). Currently JSC “Astarta” (Kharkiv) has completed construction of the foundation of truck tipper; LLC “Granit” (Uman’) – has completed construction of three foundations of granaries (by the 30th of September, 8 more will be done by LLC “Armspetsbud”, Kyiv), PE “Stam” (Vinnytsya) – general construction works in the transformer substation, PE “Ulan Prestige” – vertical planning. By the 15th of October, LLC “Center of carcass construction” (Dnipropetrovs’k) will complete installation of structures for the arrangement of distribution substations, PE “Stal’stroyinvest” (Dnipropetrovs’k) and “Montazhspetskonstruktsiya” (Kryvyy Rig) – installation of the upper galleries of granaries with forced blowing. LLC “Drongo” (Kyiv) has fulfilled the reconstruction of the building for the administrative laboratory building, and by the 5th of October will complete the finishing work inside it. LLC “Construction and erection department № 25” (Poltava) will complete construction of fire tank and general construction works in pumping substation by the 30th of September. PE “Agenstvo Soyuz-Garant” (Vinnytsa) continues to build own railway siding. By the 30th of September LLC “Firma “Bulat” (Ivano-Frankivs’k) will complete the construction of foundation for truck scales, and PE “Burvod” – installation of the water tower. On the 23rd of September, 2011 a production meeting was held at the construction site, which was attended both by representatives of “NIBULON” and managers of contracting organizations. The elevator is being constructed by 35 construction companies from all over Ukraine! Construction of the elevator in Zhytomyr region continues according to the schedule – and the completion of the construction will take place on the 1st of November. “Our builders are encouraged by the pace of construction that “NIBULON” sets. After all, the sooner we do the work, the greater is its volume, the faster we can earn money. We hope that this tradition of cooperation will continue in future. We missed an accelerating pace of construction and work in general,” – says Andriy Kononenko, director of LLC “Drongo”. The overall estimate of elevator construction is UAH 120 million.
