Assembly of sections and units of the vessel is being continued. The shipyard workers submitted starboard section No10 for approval. Hereafter the section will be cleaned (blasting), whereupon it will be painted and mounted.
Readiness of work on production of sections and units comprises:
Starboard section No10 – 97%;
Port section No10 – 75%;
Starboard section No20 –98%;
Port section No20 – 98%;
Starboard section No30 – 40%;
Port section No30 – 55%;
Starboard section No40 – 97%;
Port section No – 70%;
Unit No50 (aft superstructure) – 65%;
Unit No60 (bow superstructure 2) – 85%;
Unit No70 (crane pillar) – 87%;
Unit No80 (bow superstructure) – 98%;
Unit No90 (wheel house) – 30%.
On the shipyard working area there has been started formation of the floating crane superstructure which consists of units No80 and No60.
Assembly of Liebherr crane is being continued on the shipyard working area.
Procurement of equipment for the floating crane is in the final stage. At present 88% of the total equipment has been supplied to the shipyard.
