On June 1, 2012 the production meeting was held in the operating mode at the site with participation of contracting organizations and “NIBULON’s” team headed by the General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy. Having observed the site, having discussed paces of works at every part of the site together with “NIBULON” experts, priority tasks were defined for the near future and schedule of works was made. Especially as there remain less than a month before putting into operation a facility. Partners-builders activate paces of works to meet the schedules. On June 21 a solemn event will be hold in connection with the terminal to be put into operation. Therefore terms of all works completion are not postponed! Difficult working conditions have emerged at the facility. It seems that we are performing the construction at the site where 3-4 companies have worked before. The new company, starting its activity at the site, filled up everything the previous company had left. Therefore mines and land slips, ferroconcrete structures, preventing from normal workflow, happen to appear at the site. Hydro-technological conditions are not easy at all: because of strong ground waters at the site the company had to implement the project of water lowering. It is an obstacle not only for our company but also for locals of Kozats’ke village. In this period the level of ground waters always rises that causes floodings in the village itself. “NIBULON” has to solve the problems of not only its own terminal but also the problems of Kozats’ke village. It means that contracting organizations, operating at “NIBULON’s” terminal, have a lot of work to do. Our partners should understand that even under such obstacles the terms of putting into operation of the facility will not be postponed. That’s why builders of organization should look for new workers and use additional equipment. Nevertheless our partners prove to be real experts. In support of this fact we provide our latest schedules of the construction works. “Olesya” company will have completed metal structures assembly of three grain storages by June 7 and will have finished metal structures assembly and casing of the elevator tower by June 8. “PANmontazhspetsbud” company will have performed lifting of two silos with capacity of 2.3 thousand tons by June 7; “LER” company will have performed the same scope of works by June 8. “Akvilon” company will have completed the construction of 600 sq. m of access road by June 8. “Donbasatomenergomontazh” company will have completed metal structures assembly in small galleries (with capacity of 2.3 thousand tons) by June 10. “Berezan” company will have performed networks assembly of water pipeline, gas pipeline; will have completed works in water lowering by June 10. “Svitlolyuks-eletromontazh” company will have completed assembly of outside lighting, providing with illuminating effect by June 10. “STROYGRAD” company will have performed the sewage system installation by June 10. “Dniprobud” company will have performed decoration works in workshops by June 10; the company will perform the same works in the weighting station since June 10. “Gidrotekhonologiyi” company will have completed the installation of mooring equipment and construction of surface of berth facility by June 14. “Kyivmistobud No 1” company will have performed the installation of mooring piles by June 14. “YUPK” company will have finished the installation of technological equipment in the elevator tower with its scrolling by June 14. “PDSP-10” company will have performed the assembly of upper loading galleries by June 14. “Afina-Palas” company will have performed decoration works in the shipping company building by June 14. “Astarta” company will have completed all operations concerning the truck tipper construction by June 14.
