On June 12 at the construction site of “Kozats’ka” branch there was held the next production meeting regarding the transshipment terminal construction. The meeting went off in an extended format as the working group, established under Kherson Regional State Administration and headed by Anatoliy Homenko, the deputy governor of Kherson region, joined “NIBULON’s” team and directors of contracting organizations. The representatives of local and regional mass media also visited the site. This working group, consisting of heads of different departments of the RSA, management of supervisory state authorities, aims to consider issues concerning implementation of the investment project of “NIBULON” connected with construction of facilities of the transport infrastructure. Participants of the meeting walked around the construction site, evaluated paces of works and discussed schedules of completion of works at particular parts of the site. Coordination of the investor activity and state authorities to implement the investment project was discussed as a single issue at the meeting. According to Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, the General Director of “NIBULON”, the main problem of the project implementation is timeliness of making up of documentation. Afterwards, in order to prevent from the delay in reaching the maximal efficiency, the project requires support from the central supervisory authorities of the region. Anatoliy Homenko remarked, “Mykola Kostyak, the head of the RSA, together with his team, local authorities always supported and will support the development of the “NIBULON’s” investment project in the region. I assure you that all required help in making up of documentation will be provided, none of the supervisory authorities will prevent from work and delay work. And generally, we are amazed by what we have seen. We thank “NIBULON”, the company keeps its word. With such paces of construction we can leave mark in history as in such short terms construction was performed only in the USSR!” Besides, in the process of discussion members of the group and experts of the company clarified key questions, issues urgent decision of which will promote normal work of the company in the region. Plans of further cooperation of “NIBULON”, Kherson RSA and state supervisory authorities were also discussed and made. One of these days the construction of the first “NIBULON’s” terminal in Kherson region will be completed. Therefore for the days that remain works are activated in order to do as many as possible. Now schedules of the construction works are the following. “ASTARTA Mlynelevatorbud” company will have performed works in the truck-tipper construction by June 15. “Olesya” company will have made and assembled suction hoppers and waste hoppers, will have completed assembly of the container for treatment facilities by June 15. “Donbasatomenergomontazh” company will have performed assembly of the dryer by June 15. “Berezan” company will have laid on water pipelines in the administrative and laboratory building and will have completed assembly of water depression pipelines in the area of this building by June 15. “INTERTEHENERGO” company will have completed decoration works in the production workshops with fire station and distribution substation by June 16. “BAGVAM” company will have performed installation of sanitary engineering systems in the production workshops with fire station by June 16. “PDSP” company will have assembled the second dryer and will have completed assembly of conveyers of the upper loading galleries by June 16. “Gidrotehnologiyi” company will have completed construction of masses of the berth structure, delivering it to a backfill, and will have performed surface construction of the berth structure. “Svitlolyuks-elektromontazh” company will have made installation of outside lighting providing illuminating effect at the site by June 16. “STROYGRAD” company will have performed assembly of sewage system to the treatment facilities and assembly of inner systems of water pipeline by June 16. “TSKS” company will have performed assembly of the gallery of shipping to water by June 17. “Bazys” company will have made concrete coating that is 3000 sq.m. by June 18. “Akvilon” company will have performed the construction of the access road of 2800 sq.m. Kozats’ke village changes together with the terminal itself. “NIBULON” undertook obligations towards the whole village which the company carries out regularly. So, due to the company’s funds comprehensive secondary school received assistance in the amount of UAH 332 thousand. School yard, men’s and women’s rooms on two floors, and also classroom of informatics were repaired. Besides, new furniture, computers, and multimedia board were purchased. Due to funds, received by the village council from the land sale, current repair in the kindergarten “Kazka” was performed, furniture and equipment in the amount of UAH 500 thousand were purchased. Hereon positive moments for locals of Kozats’ke village do not finish: in the local house of culture and gymnasium repair in the amount of UAH 200 thousand has been started. Locals of the village are looking forward to putting into operation of the terminal. The real battles break out concerning new jobs as about 1.5 thousand of applications came to 150 declared vacancies!
