When the next production meeting on May 18 was nearly over, Sergiy Besedin, Deputy General Director for construction of “NIBULON” asked the leaders of contracting organizations if someone had any questions. Participants answered confidently that there were no questions. “If you do not have any questions, so why the terminal is not built yet?” Sergiy Besedin asked them smiling. “NIBULON” and its partners always demonstrate their own standard of construction – quickly and efficiently. On April 3, a solemn start of the transshipment terminal construction branch of “Kozats’ka” branch was held. Of course, it is impossible to build a high-tech automated modern transshipment terminal for the shipment of grain and oilseeds during little more than a month. But the work pace, speed and quality of “NIBULON’s” branch construction in Kherson region can not but rejoice. The last production meeting that was held on May 18, confirms this thesis. The company’s specialists, directors of contractors walked along the construction site and checked work schedules, analyzed the construction pace, discussed urgent issues. Incidentally, there are builders from over than 30 organizations, representing nearly all regions of Ukraine, in Kozats’ke village. This figure increases diligently. That is a real international construction site in Kherson region! Let’s get back to the construction of the transshipment terminal as of today. “Olesya” company should intensify structural and finishing works in administrative and laboratory building, accelerate installation of metal structures in the elevator tower. “Aphina Palas” has completed structural works in the building of the shipping company, and starts finishing works. “BAGVAM” company starts a full range of plumbing works at the facility. The organization “ArtBud” concludes structural works in the transformer substation and external toilet facilities, activates works on weighting station construction. The company “Demos” has started to drive piles for shipping on water transport department. “Donbasatomenergomontazh” prepares to the construction of dryer foundation and their further assembly, in particular it compiles all necessary documents to enter into contracts. “Astarta” delivers truck tipper foundation by June 1. Instead, on May 21 “TCS” has already started installing truck tipper metal structures. Other construction works are also continued at the site. Oleksandr Nizhel’s’kyy, foreman of “PDSP-10” said, “You and I are compatriots! We work together not for the first time. Our last joint facility is the elevator in Denyhivka village, Kyiv region. We carried out assembly of transport equipment there. We have started similar works in Kozats’ke village. Now our main task is upper and lower galleries conveyor installation. We still assemble boxes and prepare for their installation. As soon as citizens of Kremenchuk town mount bridges of upper galleries, we will install conveyorthere. We have already started works in lower galleries. Our team is skilled, all its 16 members know their stuff well”. During the meeting Sergiy Besedin drew partners’ attention to the technology of work performance, especially during the laying of internal networks. Examining the construction site, it became clear that not all builders use the drainage. Sergiy Besedin said, “Technology and accuracy are first of all. First you should underditch, pump out the water and only then lay network. But not the other way”.
