During the meeting, Roman Chumachenko, deputy director of the branch, familiarized the guests with production facilities of the branch, principles of equipment operation, and technological processes. He also informed about the history of the branch creation and construction.
The guests were particularly interested in the technology of agricultural commodity storage and also process of agricultural commodity receipt, loading on the company’s non-self-propelled vessel. There were a lot of questions as to the vessels and their capacity of holds, loading capacity, and the company’s export geography.
The students and teachers visited the production and technological laboratory and observed the equipment produced by the world’s leading manufacturers. They also saw the principles of operation of drying and dust-trapping equipment.
The guests were pleasantly impressed by a high level of organization, cooperation of the team with young staff.
