The production division established in 1997 successfully introduces NIBULON in the region. The branch is engaged in cultivation of sorghum, corn, sunflower seed and winter crops.
“You can be sure each of us is an integral part of the powerful company. Agrarian NIBULON begins with grain, including those cultivated by us in Lugansk region. Our labour allows to share NIBULON’s success. The team of our branch makes everything possible to reach success”, tells Mykola Bezkorovaynyy, a director.
A lot of victories can be added to the company’s symbolic basket of victories. Sergiy Zvyagolskyy, a chief agronomist, tells, “Our branch constantly becomes a prize-winner of symbolic harvest contests not only among NIBULON’s branches, but also among other companies of Svatove district. Our strong point is sorghum and corn. In 2013 we had the highest average sorghum capacity among the company’s branches; in 2012 we became the best in Svatove district by the volumes of harvesting of corn, sorghum and early grain crops. We regularly receive honorary diplomas, bonuses from NIBULON, and awards from the district council”.
According to the employees, they celebrate completion of harvest together, inviting lessors and partners. “During celebration we do not discuss business issues; we wish each other further successes. Such meetings strengthen our team and improve NIBULON’s image”, notes Yaroslav Gorak, a mechanical engineer.
Oleksiy Viter says the most pleasant moment is human communication, “Before I came to NIBULON, I had worked for different companies. Personnel communication left much to be desired. There was a lack of sincerity, openness. I do not like too formal communication. And here my colleagues have a sense of humor, topics to discuss; people are reasonable and intelligent here. Communication helps to overcome a barrier to hold an open discussion and allows to think creatively and to act more efficiently”, he adds.
Olga Braylovska, a head of warehouse, has worked as technologist for 26 years at a garment factory. After the factory collapsed, she became jobless and went to the job center. She recollects, “I was scared because of my age and the employment situation in the district. Where should I search for work? The job center directed me to NIBULON. I did not believe in success. The director asked about my previous work experience and then said, “Welcome to NIBULON”. I was even embarrassed, as NIBULON is a well-known company, and it was so easy to get a job there… I have been working here for two years and appreciate this stable and reliable work”.
“NIBULON offers a dynamic and perspective job; I have achieved quick career advancement from a record keeper to a chief economist”, tells Oleksandra Pidlisna. “NIBULON ensures a stable and official wage, social guarantees and gender equality. Despite I never stop studying and improving myself, there are a lot of things to study from my colleagues, including skills to keep documentation and reporting. And the books written by the Ukrainian economist Oleksandr Chernyak are reference books at home as well as at work”.
According to Sergiy Hrystis, a chief engineer, technical thinking is a key stone in his job; besides, an engineer must feel inner desire to run machinery, must be not only a purposeful practitioner, but also an inventor.
“The team’s successfulness depends on a manager”, assures Viktor Shevchenko, a driver. “Our director is an active and purposeful person to be followed by. When solving any issues, he always takes an active position, ‘infecting’ us with his enthusiasm. Particular attention should be paid to discipline that dominates here”.
Svitlana Tkalych, a chief accountant, continues, “In order to become a specialist, one must constantly expand his knowledge, read professional literature, communicate with those people who have already achieve success, analyze mistakes made previously. Our company constantly organizes seminars and meetings. We have a lot of business trips all over Ukraine, communicate with colleagues; we are improving ourselves”.
