October 28, 2011 Swedish farmers visited the transshipment terminal of “NIBULON” in Mykolayiv within the framework of their visit to Ukraine. Deputy Director of maritime security Andriy Volik personally met the delegation. The guests visited the newest laboratory, familiarized themselves with working conditions of the company’s specialists, technology of storage and shipment of agricultural products. Swedish farmers confessed that they are impressed by a unique laboratory and research facilities and technological level of production. Additionally, the guests from Europe treat with respect an unindifferent attitude of the company’s management to employees, taking care of their working conditions. Today, Sweden is not an agrarian country, although the country has a developed agricultural sector. Thus, Swedish farmers were delighted with the scale of work of the terminal of “NIBULON”. Particularly they were impressed by their capacities of the terminal’s work, “During a year your company ships as much grain as agricultural producers produce per year in Sweden,” the guests said. According to the European farmers, for them “NIBULON” is “an example of business organization in a complicated agricultural industry”: “Your management is unique because it thinks not about this day, but about the future. It It is obvious from everything. This attitude to work is rare for Ukraine!”
