In 2007 NIBULON constructed its first elevator in Cherkasy region, “Zolotonis’ka” branch. This modern automated facility, being able to provide an agricultural producer with the world level service, proved itself to be the best in the region since its first days. The branch keeps such positions till now. But few can recollect that construction of this elevator started on a waste area- in the territory of neglected farm that worked during the Soviet time. “In less than three months keeping all the norms and technical requirements there were constructed modern administrative and accommodation spaces, laboratory, workshops, there were created new service lines, namely water-, gas-, electric supply systems, telephone communication, car and railway approaches”, tells Tamara Ivanchenko, a chief accountant of the branch. Today, according to her, the company has lots to be proud of – the branch prospers demonstrating excellent growth rates. Oleksandr Taranenko, a chief foreman, has been working at the branch since its first year of opening. Hitherto he worked at a sugar mill in Palmira town. “Arrival of NIBULON in Zolotonosha district became hope for the best for many specialists”, recollects Oleksandr, “when there were unemployment around, wage delay, stability and social security were waiting for us here”. All community of the region felt high level of NIBULON’s social responsibility. Before commencing construction NIBULON allocated UAH 5 thousand for repair of educational complex in Dengy village, and eight schools of Cherkasy region received 36 computers. Every year NIBULON provides financial support to educational institutions – to Voznesens’k and Palmira schools, to kindergarten “Krystalyk”. The management takes an active part in the community life. “We tend to keep leadership positions in the district”, assures Sergiy Nudga, the branch director. According to him, each worker is a real expert, each can be called pride of the branch, “We are young team but 100% experienced!” Today’s branch success is a result of fruitful cooperation of the staff with the local agricultural producers. In particular, for 8 months of 2012-2013 marketing year (MY) the amount of grain receipt exceeded the analogous period of the last MY by 1.6%. “The branch plans to improve the main indices”, tells Oleg Shlyahov, a chief engineer, “In particular, there is planed assembly of new routes. It allows to prevent grain damage, to decrease time which is necessary to load receiving hopper of a grain dryer, to ensure higher indices of grain quality conveyed to the hoppers for shipment to rail transport”. Oleg has been working for NIBULON since 2011. He came to Cherkasy city from Kyiv city where he had studied and worked. He says that as opposed to the capital in NIBULON he got an opportunity to work within his specialty. For 6 years of its work “Zolotonis’ka” branch has deserved the status of “a forge of young personnel”. “As one of the first elevators, we had time to train a lot of young specialists who fill management positions at new branches of NIBULON. We glad for the youth’s successes like for our own ones”, assures Tamara Ivanchenko. “Probably the most important thing for a real professional is to have the opportunity of career development, to gain new knowledge and experience”, tells Olga Polyakova, a head of the production and technological laboratory, “This very thing as well as high wage, the best working conditions, and friendly team interest the youth”. Ability of team play is demonstrated by the branch not only in production but also on a football field. Repeatedly the team became a prize-winner in mini football games at the local level. Work coordination is an indicator of good vitality of the team. Sergiy Nudga tells that when making important decisions he always consults his specialists. According to the staff, such a position of the director arouses real trust and respect, stimulates improvement of own results. “A real example to be followed is activities of Oleksiy Varaturskyy, NIBULON’s general director. He is a unique person. To work in such a company like NIBULON inspires us to new achievements”, says Sergiy Nudga. *** On March 23 “Zolotonis’ka” branch celebrates its sixth anniversary.
