In particular, they carry out top-dressing of crops. The agrarians have performed works on the area of more than 50 % of winter crops (16.6 thousand ha).
At the same time, there has been started prevernal harrowing of land for spring sowing. The harrowing has been performed on the area of 3.5 thousand ha.
Within the next few days the branches of the southern regions of Ukraine will start sowing spring barley. Taking into account the fact that barley isn’t the main crop for NIBULON, the sowing area will comprise not more than 1,000 ha and the works will be performed within the short period of time.
NIBULON’s production department has purchased and supplied nitrogen fertilizers. The branches receive ammoniac nitrate to be used for sowing late grain crops.
The specialists of the production department are finishing signing of agreements for supply of complex mineral fertilizers and seed grain; seed of perennial herbs, vegetable crops and plant protection means are being purchased. The batches are being delivered to NIBULON’s production branches.
This year the weather favours the field works. In addition to an early and warm spring, the fact that there were no significant losses of winter crops during overwintering denotes good prospect.
We would remind you that last year the company set a record – there were harvested more than 340 thousand tons of grain and oilseeds. This is the best result in the history of NIBULON.
