The patriotic investment project of “NIBULON” gains spread! The company expands its presence in Kyiv region, the construction of the transshipment terminal in Chyrs’ke village (Pereyaslav-Khmel’nyts’kyy district), “Pereyaslavs`ka” branch is started. It will be the second “NIBULON’s” modern branch in the region. December 1, 2011 a solemn commissioning of elevator complex of “Denyhivska” branch (Denyhivka village) with the participation of the head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk was held. In addition, the company’s investment project involves the construction of one more modern complex for shipment on water transportation in Kyiv region in Stayky village (Kagarlyts’kyy district). The transshipment terminal of “Pereyaslavs`ka” branch will be put into operation by July 1, 2012. Thus, we will once again demonstrate our branded construction standard, to build quickly and efficiently. The modern transshipment terminal will be located on the land area of over 6 hectares. Branch team will consist of 60 employees. Grain storage capacity will be 76 thousand tons, capacity of dryers will be 4 thousand tons per day. Loading capacity on railway transport will be 12 thousand tons per day. Estimated cost of the construction is UAH 160 million. By the way, a new modernized six-sectioned dryer «MC 3180» with a capacity of about 75 tons / hour will be installed for the first time at this branch, the technical refitting was carried out by “NIBULON’s” specialists. American company «Mathews Company» supplies the equipment. Currently, the first organizational meetings with the participation of the company`s management and directors of contractors are held on site. LLC “Transsvit” (Pryluky) is a general contractor at the facility. A regular meeting was held at the site on March 13. It was devoted to organizational and construction issues directly. Thus, currently equipment operates actively at the facility, extraction of soil is being continued, the first test piles are driven, foundation construction works are continued. Directors of contractors familiarized themselves with the construction project during the meeting, estimated scope and performance time, the first completion schedules were approved. The main emphasis was focused on the urgent works, including supply and driving piles (in order to let builders from other organizations enter the site). Schedules of structural works, which are related to the construction of transformer substation, administrative and laboratory building etc., were discussed. *** “NIBULON” is grateful to the head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk and his team for their support and tremendous contribution to the investment project implementation in Kyiv region. We managed to solve all the pressing issues, to get the necessary permits and conciliation documents to be able to start construction, with the assistance of the regional authorities as soon as possible. Thus, in the near future, a solemn start of transshipment terminal of “Pereyaslavs`ka” branch construction will be held under the chairmanship of Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk. Our partners, such as domestic and foreign financial institutions, ambassadors, representatives of business organizations etc., will also be invited to the ceremony.
