Oleksiy Vadaturskyy had to go to court because the above-mentioned organization spread 9 publications during May-October 2014 on the website. The information was not confirmed by any facts.
The defendants knowing about false information lied to people and spread untrue facts. In particular, they stated that Oleksiy Vadaturskyy misused his civil rights, implemented schemes to minimize tax liabilities, received super profits on bank accounts of foreign companies, performed corrupt activities, misappropriated alien property, falsified documentation, made people suffer, destroyed the settlement, and NIBULON, in its turn, leased land illegally.
The defendants ignored judicial summons and did not attend any court sessions because they did not have any credible evidence as to the above-mentioned information.
We would remind you that “The All-Ukrainian Labour Movement – Solidarity” public organization and all its members have already compromised themselves, spreading false slanderous information.
In particular, in 2013, Domanivka district court (Mykolayiv region) declared information on Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and NIBULON untrue. V. Yu. Gorobchuk (the late at present) headed “The All-Ukrainian Labour Movement – Solidarity” and S.M. Lutsenko, a head of Mykolayiv regional cell of this organization spread this information in the Internet. The court obliged them to disprove this information.
People from Lidiyivka village (Domanivka district, Mykolayiv region) repeatedly expressed their distrust to this organization. These public leaders tried to provoke villagers and initiated mass actions. Lidiyivka villagers did not support and even condemned provocative actions of S.M. Lutsenko. They went to court and obtained an order from Mykolayiv district administrative court dated 21.11.2012, prohibiting meetings in the territory of Lidiyivka village.
