When on May 3 Prybuzhanivs’kyy tug together with NBL 015 non-self-propelled vessel moored at the transshipment terminal in Vitove village, there were unprecedented quantity of people meeting the vessels. The vessel’s calling at port became a real holiday for people of villages and towns of Chygyryn region. NBL 015 non-self-propelled vessel was the first among NIBULON’s fleet to overcome four Dnipro locks and to pass from the transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city to the Kakhovka Reservoir. The Ukrainian navigation revival and formation of the first in Ukraine agrarian cargo fleet started in 2010. The elevator complex of “Vitove” branch is the first river transshipment terminal of the company. “From the logistics point of view, water transport is the cheapest type of transportation that reduces product cost”, explains Sergiy Prybysh, the branch director, “Use of water transport also contributes to preservation of Ukraine’s highways. Thus, construction of river terminals, including “Vitove” branch, is a positive factor in Ukraine’s economy development”. At the age of 26 Sergiy was at the head of construction of NIBULON’s first river terminal in Cherkasy region. Till that time he ran NIBULON’s elevator of “Zolotonis’ka” branch, earlier he worked in the capital repair department and at NIBULON’s transshipment terminal. He got the job after graduation from the higher education institution. “Despite the experience previously obtained in NIBULON, I realized that construction of this facility would have its own nuance connected with its location on water. But I did not even realize that I would be impressed by a range and pace of construction. Complicacy of work consisted in the open sites where construction performed; consequently, there existed dependence on the weather conditions. Due to well-coordinated work of our specialists and builders, the elevator was constructed within 2 months. Such pace of elevator construction is unique not only for Ukraine, but also for other countries”, recollects Sergiy Prybysh. Sergiy tells he started to work for NIBULON after his wife Anna got a job in the company. For all these years they have been working in the company. He is at the head of the branch for 4 years, and she is responsible for agricultural product quality. “It is our family tradition: my mother also works as the laboratory head”, smiles Anna Prybysh, “I appreciate NIBULON for development and wide possibilities. It is one of the best companies in Ukraine where a specialist can improve his professional skills and knowledge”. Anna is responsible for the laboratory operation at the branch. She is very proud of her staff, “Our specialists are responsible and enthusiastic”. Natalya Tasenko has been working in the laboratory for three years under the direction of Anna Prybysh. She says that this work has changed her life, and her new profession has become a calling, “It is interesting to work for NIBULON. We are a team. Anna Prybysh is always ready to help and support”. NIBULON changed life of the whole Chygyryn district. The investor’s coming contributed to development of not only economic, but also social spheres. NIBULON purchases the land intended for construction of its facilities. It means that the budget receives enormous sum of money for the social sphere development. “Vitove” branch actively cooperates with Ratseve village council to develop the village social infrastructure. In winter there is provided charitable assistance for snow clearing. NIBULON helps to repair road surface, gives presents to the pupils, and provides material assistance to the veterans of war. “The local community feels support from NIBULON. The terminal of “Vitove” branch is a real pride of the village”, tells Tetyana Tolmach, a chief accountant, who has been working at the terminal since its foundation, “NIBULON impressed me during construction. NIBULON is a young professional team, new experience and achievements”. Oleksandr Martynov worked for one of the contracting organizations that constructed the terminal. On construction completion he got a job at NIBULON, “In the district it is difficult to find a deserved workplace. There are few companies. There are factories which hire women. NIBULON gave workplaces to many people”. For 4 years of work at the branch Oleksandr Martynov has determined his secret of success, “Each work requires responsibility. So, if you take your work most seriously, there won’t be any insurmountable difficulties”. At “Vitove” branch there work highly skilled specialists who were rewarded with the honorary diploma. The branch director Sergiy Prybysh was awarded with an Honorary Diploma of Cherkasy Regional State Administration for his honest work, high professionalism and considerable labour achievements. The team was repeatedly acknowledged by Ratseve and Vitove teaching and educational institutions for the active participation in life of schools. “Today we are engaged in renovation of material and technical basis of our terminal. At present according to the schedule we carry out technical maintenance of capacities, repair of concrete surface, painting and whitening on technological equipment and construction facilities.  There are performed actions as to implementation of the recent developments in the field of dust-trapping introduced by the leading foreign producers. Thus, on the conveyor bins and waste bins there were installed 10 Moduflex loading arms (“Cimbria Unigrain A.S.”) that will allow to minimize dust emission during motor transport loading. We make maximum efforts to increase working efficiency of our terminal”, summarizes Sergiy Prybysh.
