We have recently told you about the events that took place at our RE “Lidiyivs’ke” branch and were widely covered in the media. Impertinent and insolent behavior of pseudo-journalists, provocation of the population, farce, and simple scam. But this tale has its beginning. As everyone has already guessed, there was no fight against corruption but only the purposeful fulfillment of the will of puppeteers, whose aim is banditry and racketeering.
Everything started this June. Immediately a few days after a fabricated program “Stop Corruption: “NIBULON’s Credit Secrets” was broadcast (we refuted all distorted facts in this program:

Olena, a daughter of Semen Lutsenko, called Ihor Romadin, head of NIBULON’s security service. She insisted on a meeting with General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and warned about negative consequences in the event of refusal. The company management was immediately informed about this, and Ihor Romadin was instructed to hold a meeting with her.
During a meeting with the daughter of Semen Lutsenko held on June 27, 2018 in Domanivka, she said that she has been called by a man (maybe she called the editorial office; it is precisely a subject for the investigation), who introduced himself a correspondent of “Stop Corruption” N.N. (we do not name his first and last name intentionally). He offered to meet with him and provide him or his representatives with all materials available to her or her father or other persons to be used at his own discretion and/or at the discretion of the media he represents in all sorts of actions against the company and its management. In addition, as Olena said, N. N. has told about his intentions to involve her in actions against NIBULON.  In connection with this, he proposed to find out the number of persons she could attract to various actions directed against the company and what she was capable of initiating herself (spread of false information, picketing, rallies, strikes, blocking of production facilities and central office of NIBULON, etc.).
“According to Olena, her father is old, and she decided to take the initiative on the documents related to NIBULON. I think that it is inheritance to such things, because this family has blackmailed NIBULON for many years. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree… She agreed to meet with the representatives of “Stop Corruption”, because they promised to help with the future of hew children. Two men came to the daughter of Semen Lutsenko. They told that they had been following the activities of NIBULON since 2006, and the company has “crossed the road” to very influential people, and they wanted to ruin the company, in particular, through the illegal takeover of RE “Lidiyivs’ke” branch”, said Ihor Romadin.
This is how things happen in modern Ukraine: it turns out that successful companies stand in the bandits’ way…
Thus, the daughter of Semen Lutsenko decided to take advantage of the opportunity, “having consulted with her Kyiv friends”, as she said, and began to blackmail the company. She said to head of NIBULON’s security service that she could reject an offer of “Stop Corruption” if she received money. At the first meeting, she asked UAH 500 thousand. Otherwise, she threatened to willingly accept the proposal of the correspondent of “Stop Corruption” and arrange a series of actions against the company. That’s how a young lawyer already knows how to use both sides at the same time. Having left any principles behind, she wants to be in a win-win situation.
At the second meeting in a month, the issue of UAH 1,000,000 was raised. She told the company’s representatives that she had been transmitting all documents in electronic form to “Stop Corruption” and had given an interview to them. But, according to her, the documents will not be used without her consent.
“She told that another agroholding would come instead of NIBULON and her dreams of happy future would come true. As a representative of NIBULON, I addressed myself to relevant authorities in order to pay attention to the activities of this person, investigate, and, if necessary, make procedural decisions, because it is blackmail, abuse, abnormal phenomenon. Given the long history of blackmail by the Lutsenko family, we were forced to do this in order to protect the honor and reputation of our company”, said Ihor Romadin. The position of NIBULON is very clear: we never negotiate with blackmailers.
As we have already noted in our refutation, all these materials were documented and submitted to law enforcement authorities on August 2, 2018. And the relevant document was registered in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations on August 3, 2018 No. 12018150000000225.  No one has conducted an investigation for more than a month
If the law enforcement authorities had reacted to the blackmail, all these events in Lidiivka would not have happened. This is confirmed by the fact that during the events of September 11, the daughter of Semen Lutsenko was in the car of “Stop of Corruption” and participated in organizing this provocation. She didn’t get out of the car to communicate with Lidiivka residents, but they really wanted to. But she got out of the car to the journalists of Inter TV Channel and told that version of the events that is beneficial to the customer. The appearance of Inter TV Channel in Lidiivka is not accidental. It is also conspiracy with “Stop Corruption” and these scammers, which is clear from biased facts in the news stories.
The word of a journalist more frequently becomes a weapon of bandits and intruders, and ordinary people become dolls in the hands of manipulators. The profession of a journalist causes more and more mistrust and doubts. Unfortunately, this is not the only case in our company’s way when one needs to struggle with an enemy that hides behind others: villagers, impudent journalists, ordinary people who think that someone else than they themselves can change their life for the better. This is not the first time we refute information attacks of such puppeteers, so we are convinced that that we will fend off. We will continue to inform you of all events related to this situation. There will be additional public information, for law enforcement authorities as well.
