We would remind you that the representatives of the information site Stopcor and Information Agency “Stop Corruption TV” Ltd. continue their information attack against NIBULON. These pseudo-fighters against corruption do not hesitate to use dirty methods against our company. On October 16, they published another slanderous article “Removing Competitors and Bribing Judges: a New Corrupt Story of Nibulon” on Stopcor. In this article they illegally disclosed the information constituting the secret of pre-trial investigation and therefore committed a criminal offense. On October 17, 2018, the Prosecutor General’s Office was notified of a criminal offence (in accordance with the Article 214 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine) and was requested to start a pre-trial investigation of the criminal proceedings.
We hope that the investigation of criminal proceedings will be carried out objectively, comprehensively and in a short time, and those who committed the offense and involvement in this violation of the representatives of Stopcor site and Information Agency “Stop Corruption TV” Ltd. will be find out.
