In the absence of any real arguments, the next step of the information terrorists was to accuse the company of alleged tries to hush up the case, the investigation of which, in fact, is necessary precisely for NIBULON; it will allow one to find out customers of all these provocations. Such accusations are completely absurd and aimed to distract the public from the real state of affairs and the illegality of the provocateurs’ actions. Firstly, NIBULON is not a party to this criminal proceeding. Therefore, it has no leverage over the investigation. We would remind you that in accordance with the Article 9 of the Criminal Procedure Code investigators are required to act impartially, exclusively within the law of Ukraine and to steadily comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Criminal Procedure Code, international treaties, and requirements of other legislative acts. Secondly, NIBULON is more interested in ensuring a quick, complete and impartial investigation and bringing the real customers of all these provocations to justice. Such provocations are intended to damage the company's reputation and to prevent it from operating normally. When on September 11, 2018, representatives of Information Agency “Stop Corruption TV”, including Khrystyna Kryshykha, broke into the private territory of RE “Lidiyivs’ke” branch without permission brandishing journalistic IDs with the logo of Channel 5 (which actually forbade them from using their trading sign), the reporters behaved defiantly, provoking and terrorizing people, chasing employees of the enterprise with a camera and disrupting the working process. All this looked like the previously planned provocation. It seemed that the director would get out from the nearest bushes (or for example would call) and correct the actions of the provocateurs. And so it happened: realizing the hopelessness of the situation due to the fact that the provocation did not succeed, the pseudo-journalists closed themselves in their own car, pretending that they were not being released from there. Later in media it was said about a many-hour, and then eight-hour blocking of journalists. The fact that the arrival of representatives of Information Agency “Stop Corruption TV” at NIBULON is a purposeful and pre-planned provocation is evidenced by another fact. Olena, a daughter of a local resident Semen Lutsenko, helped them to arrange this whole performance. Over the past 13 years, the Lutsenko family has been terrorizing residents of the village of Lidiivka and General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy demanding money (six-figure sum in foreign currency). To date, all these materials and witness testimonies are in the materials of Domanivka District Court, which recognized the actions of the Lutsenko family as unlawful. Right after the release in June 2018 of the first “Stop Corruption” program dedicated to the activities of NIBULON, Olena came out to the company representatives, demanding UAH 1 million. Otherwise, she threatened to accept the proposal of “Stop Corruption” correspondent and to organize with its support a series of actions against the company. According to her, two people came to her who said that they had been following the activities of NIBULON since 2006, and now the company has “crossed the road” to very influential people, and they want to ruin the enterprise, in particular through the illegal takeover of RE “Lidiyivs’ke” branch (https://www.nibulon.com/news/denial-of-information-posted-on-forums-and-blogs/the-goal-of-stop-corruption-is-blackmail-as-a-precondition-for-illegal-takeover-and-attempt-to-discredit-successful-companies.html). On August 2, we transferred all the materials to law enforcement agencies and the corresponding application No. 12018150000000225 was registered in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations. And if in response to this direct extortion of funds there would have been a proper reaction from law enforcement, then all these events in Lidiivka would not have happened.From the very beginning NIBULON acted in accordance with the applicable law in order to protect its reputation. It is also confirmed by the fact that on September 11 the branch director was the first to call the police as he learned that strangers were shooting production bases in the private territory of the enterprise, as well as residents of the village and branch employees, whose statement was personally accepted by the head of the local police.Therefore, the fact that the representatives of Information Agency “Stop Corruption TV” were the first to call the police is fiction, as well as the fact that there was an assault, as evidenced by the facts. These are photos of the girl that was “held captive”; she posted them on her Facebook. It is interesting in which one and which particular arm of Khrystyna Kryshykha is “dislocated”… We won’t be surprised if later the corresponding X-ray pictures are made. Another example of fiction “from Kryshykha”: after these events in Lidiivka, chasing some strangers with the camera who simply walked along the main street of Mykolaiv (where a lot of people really walk in the afternoon), she imagined that some Sherlock Holmes is chasing her…For other details of the subversive activities of the representatives of Information Agency “Stop Corruption TV” see the investigation of Channel 24  journalists in the program “Who and Why Launched a Dirty Information Campaign Against Nibulon”. NIBULON continues to collaborate with the investigation, providing the investigating authorities with comprehensive and reliable information and materials. We have nothing to hide. But provocateurs, on the contrary, instead of helping with the investigation, are distributing false materials. The show must go on. On November 5, Narodna Pravda website released a new “interpretation” of September 11 and not only that. Judging by the number of fabrications and distortions of information, the representatives of “Stop Corruption” were engaged in preparing the material. A long information war requires significant financial injections from the customers, because the performers must be truly professional in their field: they must fulfill the order perfectly, at least without breaking the law, and get the desired result, and … do not “substitute” the customer. But this is an ideal variant if you are a real professional. And the provocateurs with “Stop Corruption TV” are ridiculous and inconsistent, as thieves who leave dirty traces and evidence of their illegal activities, thereby substituting their customers – reformers and officials. The show goes on, ladies and gentlemen. And there will be a denouement.
