The first POSS-115 project tug (order 10028)
The outfitting is at the final stage. In particular, NIBULON’s shipbuilders finish installing systems in the engine room. They are preparing the main switchboard for the receipt of shore-power electrification. At the same time, the specialists have turned on operational power of the engine room and auxiliary spaces. The shipbuilders have begun testing vessel’s systems.
The second POSS-115 project tug (order 10029)
The shipbuilders continue assembling main engines and shafting. They are producing and installing pipelines of sanitary systems in the living spaces of the superstructure. The specialists are preparing to install the pilot house.
The third POSS-115 project tug (order 10030)
The shipyard’s specialists have formed the strength hull, cleaned it and primed it. They have started installing branches of bottom and side fitting and welded outfitting of the vessel.
The fourth POSS-115 project tug (order 10031)
First sections of the strength hull have been installed on the building berth. At the same time, the shipbuilders finish producing sections of the tug’s pilot house.
The self-propelled P-140 project vessel (order 10032)
The shipbuilders assemble units from the bottom sections on the berth. The work at other workshops of the shipbuilding and repair yard is also in full swing. In particular, the mechanical and fitter workshop is producing welded outfitting of sections – ladders and manholes of compartments; the assembly and pipeline workshop is producing pipes of ballast and air systems.
It should be noted that NIBULON not only successfully implements its shipbuilding program at NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard, but also continues reconstructing the slipway and assembling a Liebherr portal slewing crane with a lifting capacity of 42 tons. The crane will enable the shipbuilders to construct, launch and maintain complete 140-m vessels.
