“Our company grows and develops swiftly; thus, the team of our branch tries to go with the times, to develop constantly and to achieve new levels”, tells Yevgen Yaroshenko, the branch director.
The branch headed by Yevgen is the only NIBULON’s branch in Kharkiv region. Is it difficult to work in the region alone? Yevgen Yaroshenko answered that our team had been recognized as one of the best both at NIBULON and in the region. Honorary diplomas, kept by our employees, indicate labour achievements of the branch.
“For a job well done, our team was awarded not only diplomas, but also valuable presents: equipment, motor vehicles. A tennis table became a peculiar present received from the management for our successful work”, recollects Kateryna Matvievska, acting chief economist, “Now our staff has a good tradition; at the end of the year, on completion of field works we hold a tennis tournament at the branch”.
“The work of each employee is necessary and important for further development of the company and achievement of success”, thinks Yevgen Yaroshenko. “Kupyans’ka” branch became Yevgen’s first workplace, where he came to work as an agronomist in 2006. For seven years the young agronomist has managed not only to head the only NIBULON’s branch in Kharkiv region, but also to achieve support and trust of his team. Today the branch employees call Yevgen their pride and hope,
“Our director is a real professional, he is reliable and confident, understands everyone, competent, and responsible in everything”, tells Kateryna Matvievska, “He is a person of high labour capacity, responsible and polite”.
“Despite his strictness and discipline, our director supports each employee, helps to solve not only professional problems, but also private ones”, adds Ivan Slobodyanyuk, a head of the repair workshop.
Ivan Slobodyanyuk has been working at the branch for 14 years,
“He started his career as a tractor driver/machine operator of the agricultural production, then he became a warehouse man, and now he works as a head of the repair workshop. I am responsible for machinery maintenance. This work must be carried out as efficient as possible. When repairing, I take into account all opportunities and try to use spare parts rationally. I thank the company for trust and opportunity of professional advancement”.
“NIBULON is the first workplace for me”, tells Lyubov Nekrylova, a chief accountant, “For 13 years of work at the branch I have changed myself considerably. I have become more responsible and experienced. NIBULON hires recent graduates without requiring operational experience. At present at our branch there are a lot of recent graduates who obtain priceless practical skills and experience. Our branch attracts graduates of higher educational institutions, as here they get the opportunity to work, developing and improving professionally. Consequently, at present the young employees are 80% of our team. I am sure that having such people our branch will be directed to the achievement of new levels and search for nonstandard decisions. Sometimes the ambitious youth teaches us, more experienced employees, and stimulates us to follow the new developments in the engineering industry, new sorts and hybrids of agricultural crops, to participate in professional exhibitions and seminars”.
Sergiy Sergienko, an agronomist, is among such young specialists. Sergiy follows the example of Oleksiy Kuzmin, a chief agronomist. The young agronomist appreciate that here he consolidates knowledge in practice. I am an agronomist and it is not an office job. I work in the fields. “I like my job. I work in the very center of the events. I have seen a lot of new and interesting things that you will never see while sitting at the computer. Once when taking measurements of the field, I saw a wild boar. There were a lot of emotions. It is a real life”.
“The aim of our activity is to improve farming standards, to increase quality of agricultural products, to use material resources rationally that will lead to the development of our branch and increase the company’s profit”, stresses the director of “Kupyans’ka” branch.
At present NIBULON helps the community of Kupyansk region to overcome obstacles and to develop its infrastructure. Last year NIBULON initiated signing of social partnership agreements with the village councils which land is cultivated by NIBULON. These funds were directed to assist the local house of culture and kindergarten.
