Recently, NIBULON has started its large-scale training project to improve the level of professional knowledge and skills of heads and specialists of production branches and central office.
Upon successful completion of the first theoretical part “Restoration and deepening of knowledge”, which consisted of a one-week training course at various higher educational institutions of Ukraine, all the specialists have successfully passed a credit and have received certificates of advanced training.
The second part of the training program “Modern technologies” was also fruitful. It took place at NIBULON’s branches in various regions of Ukraine and with the participation of suppliers with whom NIBULON has been cooperating for a long time.  Within this part, NIBULON’s specialists attended regional seminars and conferences, having acquired new knowledge and skills in the field of plant protection and feeding, potential of new varieties of crops, crop growing systems and trends. 
The practical course for the southern region started in the middle of January 2019. They have attended a number of conferences on innovations and technologies of grain growing organized by BAYER, BASF, Syngenta, and others. They have also attended seminars, in particular a seminar “Seeds from PIONEER and agrotechnical aspects of growing sunflower hybrids in the south” and have visited the seed production plant in Poltava region; they have also attended seminars on the presentation of hybrids, plant protection agents, modern technologies held by CORTEVA and PIONEER, seminars on plant protection agents and technologies organized by ALFA Smart Agro, and others.
The eastern region began working with suppliers at the end of January 2019. There were lively discussions at the conferences and seminars organized by ADAMA, PIONEER, ЕURALIS, and others. During these meetings, such topical issues of the agricultural sector as how to obtain high yields, criteria for selecting hybrids to increase profitability of corn growing, protection of grain in unstable weather conditions, peculiarities of insecticidal protection of main field crops, and others were discussed.
The western region also worked actively. The company’s employees attended the seminars and conferences held by Monsanto Ukraine, ADAMA, ЕURALIS, Limagrain Ukraine, and others.
In order to optimize the training process, it was decided to implement two courses “Modern technologies” and “Agrischool” simultaneously. It is the third part of the course that enables the company to arrange global training and to implement an integrated approach. It ensures knowledge acquisition not only by participants of the first and second parts of the course, but by all employees of the corresponding specialties of all production branches. The training is being continued on sites. NIBULON’s specialists and representatives of agricultural machinery suppliers and equipment have a joint training course. They share their own experience in the basics of mechanized technological processes of growing and harvesting of separate agricultural commodities, production of parts for agricultural machines, use of fitter’s tools, measuring tools, and many others.
It is worth noting that the training is not over. All regions plan to continue attending conferences and seminars on topical issues in agriculture after spring field works, where NIBULON’s specialists are applying the knowledge and skills acquired during the training.
Skill improvement and development of the company’s employees are important components of NIBULON’s success. Our team develops itself with every stage of training and sets itself new and more complicated goals. The large-scale training project with practical elements, which was started in December 2018, already has its results and helps us when developing plans of the production branches’ economic activity, optimizing processes for grain growing, selecting plant protection agents and technologies, etc. The project enables our specialists to find answers to the most complicated questions that are relevant to today’s challenges.
