The Youngest Branch in NIBULON’s Family is Two Years Old

July 26, 2012 became symbolic for NIBULON; that day the transshipment terminal of “Pereyaslavs’ka” branch was solemnly put into operation. The logistics chain of the company’s transshipment terminals along the Dnipro River and adjacent to the River territories was closed. The young branch started its operation.
On the occasion of the second anniversary since the branch was established, we are familiarizing you with NIBULON’s young and ambitious team.
“It is pleasant to recollect and compare the process of our terminal construction with the present time”, recollects Artem Novohatko, the branch director. “The construction lasted qualitatively and quickly. Within three months there was constructed the high-tech transshipment terminal which operation allowed local agrarians to deliver agricultural commodities directly avoiding additional transport and intermediary expenses. Our young terminal became evidence that NIBULON is a locomotive of the domestic agrarian sector, and Oleksiy Vadaturskyy is an example of strategic and perspective thinking”. 
“At present our branch is the youngest at the company, but it has its victories. For the short period of time we have made a considerable progress in the development; in particular, it concerns the terminal’s direct activity – receipt of agricultural commodities. (The first half of the current marketing year was finished by the branch with a figure of almost 122 thousand tons of the procured agricultural commodities which considerably increases half of the planned annual amount – an author’s note). As an employee of the branch who has been working here since its opening, I can say that time has passed with benefit, as NIBULON taught me to be discipline and responsible. My work is not just responsible, but requires attentiveness even in small details”, tells Sergiy Markovych, an accountant.
Anatoliy Utka, a repair man, tells, “As for me, one of our main achievements is that almost 80 employees have an opportunity to work legally and receive wage officially taking into consideration the employment situation in the district. Besides, local agrarians single out our transshipment terminal among others for quick and qualitative service”.
“I want to stress that NIBULON is one of a few companies in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyy region that stakes on the youth, but never refuses to hire people of pre-retirement age. Nowadays, unfortunately, it happens rarely. We thank Oleksiy Vadaturskyy for this”, mentions a 59-year-old truck-tipper operator Mykhaylo Scherbyna.
The team of “Pereyaslavs’ka” branch has united people from many regions of Ukraine. But it is not an obstacle for understanding, friendship, mutual assistance dominating here, and it is a guarantee to strengthen people as a professional team.
For someone NIBULON has become a life start. Olena Gulko, a head of the production and technological laboratory, notes, “NIBULON is my first professional experience. Having graduated from the university, I was lucky to get a job by specialty at one of the best Ukraine’s companies. I am grateful to the company for trusting young specialists and for patience. As for me, the laboratory is one of the key elements at the transshipment terminal. We are responsible for product quality, thus, for business reputation of the whole company. Understanding of this keeps us up constantly”.
“During the terminal’s operation there have been a lot of bright and notable moments: a solemn opening, loading of the first non-self-propelled vessel and receipt of the first grain. It is impossible to list everything. But the most pleasant and daily positive impression is my colleagues – pleasant and smiling people who can always support and be relied on. Working with them, I obtain a great life experience that helps to solve many not only professional, but also everyday issues”, adds Yevgeniy Goncharenko, a system administrator. And Anatoliy Utka, a repair man, adds that he likes the terminal’s modernity, automation and also constant financial incentives.
Anna Zharova, a personnel inspector, tells, “We are a like-minded team. Our employees are ready to help each other and perform their duties with responsibility. I do not see any objective reasons not to develop and improve ourselves in future. Our director Artem Novohatko is a sociable, responsible, understanding and reliable person. He is self-restrained and polite when communicating with his employees, quickly makes reasonable decisions, attentive to our private problems”.
 “By deed, not by word and today, not tomorrow” is an unchangeable rule since the first day of the branch operation. The employees assure they will not stop at what has been accomplished and will surprise pleasantly!

Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.

Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.

З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.  

Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».

Одружений, має трьох дітей.
